love the quest protein bars and their wide selection of other protein filled items! Everyone that works here is really friendly and helpful.

I was in the area and was in need of some new protein.
Walked in and there were maybe 2 employees that were busy unpacking. Didn’t greet me. That’s fine. I knew what I wanted, but was obviously having a hard time looking for what I needed. An employee just walked past me very fast before I could ask for help.
I then paid and the employees just seemed grumpy for some reason.

I don’t go to health or vitamin shops that often so when I go it’s for something I actually need and know nothing about. I wasn’t too excited on the customer service the gentleman helping me didn’t seem too interested in helping me unless I was in workout gear or steroid out like I was wasting his time. The guy at the register who seemed like the manager was a lot more helpful. I saw that a lot of the prices match online pricing so you’re getting a deal.

I stopped going to GNC since every time i go they try to condescendingly explain to me why i am taking the wrong product and force me to buy a bunch of stuff they recommend. A girl at GNC once tried to explain how extra protein is peed out if your body doesnt use them while trying to sell me some products. I told her thats called proteinuria and she needs to get checked if that happens to her since that might mean her kidney could be failing…
This vitamin shoppe is great bc they leave you alone when you shop! Lol they answer questions when asked like any normal human beings would. Good prices too.

If you’re in need of a vitamin/​health store, look no further; Vitamin Shoppe is the place to go. I used to frequent one of the other nationwide chains but switched to Vitamin Shoppe several years ago and have not regretted. It.
The staff at this specific location is always very friendly and helpful. In addition to being helpful, I find them to be knowledgeable of the products they carry. Due to the size of this store they tend to stock a variety of inventory. One thing I really enjoy about this location over others is they always have larger selection of natural whey products available. This store is very clean and organized in way that makes it easy to find what I’m looking for.
Be sure to sign up for their award program and earn points for each purchase. It’s free and they keep track of your points. Once a point value is reached, Vitamin Shoppe sends an email containing an award coupon that can be redeemed on the next purchase.

Despite the amount of vitamin and supplement stores available around uptown I still prefer to drive north a little to come to this store. The guys that work here are always so friendly and helpful. I have a bad habit of spending more time than I should just wandering around in there checking out new supplements. I love that Im able to find some of the vitamins and things I used to buy at whole foods, but they’re cheaper here! The organization of everything makes it easy to find things. Everything is placed clearly by its type and easy to see from one end of the store to the other. There’s a large parking lot out front so you’ll never have any trouble finding a spot.

If you’re a person who likes to throw money at your problems, sometimes before they even start, then you should definitely go to this store. They have literally every type of vitamin, probiotic, supplement, mineral, homeopathic remedy, muscle building drink, muscle reducing drink, weight loss powder, weight gain powder, gluten free, dairy free, animal free, everything! If you want to change your body along any dimension, this is the spot for you to buy the stuff to make it happen.
I come here for natural supplements, fiber, and nutritional drinks. I’m not looking to reshape my body in the image of the Vitamin Shoppe just yet, but I know they’ll be there waiting there for me if I ever change my mind. They usually have sales on at least one thing per display case, so you can save 30% here and there if you can convince yourself that taking 3 vs. 1 pills is worth the extra pocket change. Join their keychain-​scancard based club and get $ 5 reward for every $ 100 you spend.
Staff are friendly and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what they do and don’t have in stock (or ever sell). I wish they had Muscle Milk light cookies and cream powder because it is insanely delicious, but for all of my other vitaminy needs this place gets it done without it being excessively expensive, preachy, or annoying.

My first visit was fine. A gentleman helped me find my list of supplements, and checked me out efficiently.
My second visit was due to an online order gone awry. I had ordered product from
and the package arrived a week and a half late, damaged, with melted product. That’s online, so no fuss here for the online mishap.
When I arrived tonight to pick up my replacements I was rushed and pushed back and forth between workers. The older guy, I’m assuming senior worker, barely acknowledged me and didn’t once apologize for the reason I was coming in. When he looked at the product I was returning, he asked why but then turned around before
I could even answer him to say that the product melted. The younger worker was a bit more sympathetic. I felt so rushed, and unappreciated as a customer.
Seriously, how hard is it to take a breath, look a customer in the eye and say «I’m sorry for your inconvenience» or «thanks for coming in.»
On another note, it seems like their register system is always malfunctioning. The first time and this time I’ve been warned that their «system is down.»
I’m REALLY trying to give this store some business. Work with me, Vitamin Shoppe!

I’m giving The Vitamin Shoppe 5 stars. The staff is always very friendly, and almost always has product on hand. I’ve only once been there when they were out of what I wanted. The store is very clean and it seems that they are always running a sale on something which is great! The products seem to be categorized very clearly in the store, as I have been in other vitamin/​health stores and it was mere chaos trying to find something with no method or means to organization.
I have not asked the staff any questions about their knowledge of products, I know what I want and what works, I don’t need anyone telling me about products that may or may not do anything just because the sales people will make a commission on it. In addition, they WILL let you peruse the store without harassing you! Unlike many other stores that fit into this category where the staff seems to be pushing whatever is hot at the time, I have not experienced that yet.
