Update over a year later. I ordered appliances through this company last year as did some family members. This company had an employee stealing (this was what they told us not speculation) and now they’re trying to reconcile their books. They’re claiming balances are past due when everything was paid in full.
Buyers beware!
In terms of my previous review someone authorized by the manufacturer did finally show up to look at the issue with my double oven unit and it was resolved.
