Service levels vary, but that’s the day and age in which we live. Keeping expectations low to nil truly helps when dealing with all types of customer service. This particular gas pipe is rather unique, in that it is very large with a wide variety of merchandise to choose from and a world of things to look at. The biggest problem is definitely the extremely expensive prices for very low quality brands. The staff is also usually very unapologetic about the available brands, the available quality and the lack of available merchandise. Our guess is given that the area in which this particular GP is located, that is the reasoning behind the overwhelming prices. All in all definitely recommend other locations, more specifically the Lake Highlands shop.

I Bought e-cig juice here, got home to open it, and noticed the bottle had leaked inside the packaging. They refused to swap it out for a new one. Due to «strict return policy» the guys response to me was «oh well» never going back. There’s plenty of other smoke and cape shops in this city, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

Had a bad experience in the shop the customer service was very low grade and when I asked them about why the price is so high for certain items he had an explanation that had no relevance to the question. I was randomly asked to show id in the middle of my shopping experience and it was rudely demanded more than asked for. Although besides all that nonsense the shop itself is very large aka has a variety of items that would be of use to any of the customers head shops attract but I will no longer do business with that particular shop.

This place used to be one of the coolest headshops in Dallas, unfortunately this is no longer the case and now everything is extremely expensive and the selections are garbage, also customer service is really bad and ppl don’t know shit, they are also extremely rude and stupid stoned all the time, which is not that bad given the profession. Honestly I would rather have no staff than barely functional ppl who force you to buy low quality shit. Good luck next time.

This is a huge shop with all the smoking items you could possibly want along with liquid and vapor accessories if you’re in this area it could definitely be a one stop shop for you

They consistently have a large selection of hookah shisha to choose from, as well as miscellaneous bowls, hoses and parts. Don’t forget the coals!
The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I go here instead of driving across town anymore!

Lady that helped me looked like she smoked her fair share of meth. It also didn’t help that she kept hacking and coughing into her hands while handling my stuff.
Their shop is so big, you would think they’d have a huge selection but it’s mostly empty space. They don’t label their prices on anything and it’s really disorganized.
Me: How much does this cost?
Meth: Honestly the prices vary so much.
Me: Well how about this one.
Meth: *begrudgingly checks price*
There was another worker there, he looked at me and said «sup bro» when I walked in. Dudes pretty chill. Location is sketch. To top it all off this place is expensive as hell and they’re not flexible with prices.
When I got home I took a shower, won’t be going back anytime soon (to the store, not the shower).

The Gas Pipe is a cool, eclectic little gem situated on Maple Ave in the Medical District area of Dallas. They offer an assortment of smoking accessories from blunts, rolling papers, water pipes, bongs, hydroponic accessories, XXX accessories, incense and other merch. They have alot of stuff, but the only knock on this place was when I asked the cashier for a black and mild and they were sold out b/c he smoked the last one. It’s a spot that I keep in rotation.

The Gas Pipe is huge with an awesome selection. They have daily sales and even give you a free birthday gift. It’s the coolest shop and the oldest of its kind with knowledgeable staff.
