This apartment complex has been clean, friendly and offered a mature respectful atmosphere. Amazing location, parking is included which is rare for UPTOWN/​DOWNTOWN Dallas. Our apartment has a great layout, the kitchen and living space are amazing and we love the super spacious balcony. The planes were loud for the first 2 months but now i don’t even hear them. Any run ins with neighbors has been so wonderful, although you can hear noise in the hallways, thankfully you step into your apartment and its complete silence.
The office always does as much as they can, and I’m so excited to see where the new management take us! We are really looking forward to an updated gym and possible pool area. And anytime we needed parking passes for family or friends they happily filled out forms immediately even if for a weekend. So so nice.
I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Absolutely loved my time here. My apartment was spacious and the building was quiet. Fellow tenants kept to themselves. I did not hear my neighbors, except for the elephant with the heavy feet all day above me. Staff was always approachable and courteous. Friendly maintenance showed up to fix anything within a 24 hr period. In the parking garage everyone had an «unspoken assigned» spot. My only complaints were
1. Visitor parking was non existent on the weekend
2. Most people would not pick up after their dog pooped
(Sign of dirty, lazy dog owners if you ask me)
Nevertheless it is still an apartment, and I would recommend it and move here again.
