Great to have in the terminal. Nice layout with typical food choices. Servers were very nice and efficient. Nice place to hang out and eats/drink while waiting for the flight.

We enjoyed stopping here before our flight. The. Food was good and service. The only thing I would say is to make the place bigger cause there is always a line to get in and trying to drag your bags through without hitting anyone and no where to store them while you are eating but food and service was awesome.

Service was surprisingly good for an airport restaurant but the prime rib dip was hard to chew and fries were overly seasoned. Service would be a 3 star and food would be a 1 star.

My wife ordered the Veggie Omelet and I ordered the Steak(rare) & Scrambled Egg breakfast. Both were beautifully presented and my wife liked her omelet. My steak came medium-rare, just like I like it. Except for a few, very fine steak restaurants, I find that if I want my steak medium-rare, I order it rare. Work at this TGI Friday’s. The problem was it was very tough with a lot of connective tissue. At first I thought it was the airport plastic knife, but when I finally got a bite sized piece in my mouth, it was just tough meat. I don’t mind a chewy steak, but this was just tough. We had to leave to catch our flight, so I didn’t have time to send it back or even complain.

My girlfriend and I had a 3 hour layover 4th of July night. So many restaurants were closed for the holiday. We found solace at this TGI Friday’s. The service was impeccable. We had one of the friendliest, most attentive waiter we’ve ever come in contact with.(I feel awful for having forgotten his name) By airport standards, the meal was exceptional. Thanks to the staff and chefs for making a grueling day of travel a little easier.

Had a lay over and needed a sit down meal. Quick seating and good service. Very slow though. Ordered the wedge salad and French dip sandwich. Took 20 minutes just fur salad and another 15 or do for sandwich. It was great when it came though. Would eat here again in Term C.

After being sat at the high-bar, crammed-in with several other weary travelers, I had time to catch up on reading the news. I welcomed the opportunity… at first. Five minutes went by without a server acknowledging my presence… seven minutes… ten minutes… twelve minutes and I’m done. The poor host, who just sat me down less than fifteen minutes prior, thanked me earnestly for coming-in to Friday’s as I walked out the doorway. Poor guy was clueless at the gross incompetence as waitstaff clowned around and talked about their«system going down». Sure… blame it on a defenseless computer. In all seriousness, if you have the time, skip the TGI Friday’s in Terminal C and head over to Terminal D where they take customer service a bit more serious, and you can bet your server will acknowledge your presence within five minutes of being sat.

Friendly staff bartenders were awesome yummy food. The Goose IPA was great as well as a hamburger and fries perfectly cooked. Thanks for helping make my layover fun not boring :)

Justin was our server yesterday, and I am still impressed with his great customer service. He was very relaxed but attentive, asked how long our layover was to make sure we could be served in time, was very friendly without being too eager… really just top-notch. His laid-back and relaxed manner was very welcome in such a hustle and bustle environment(airport at Christmas time). The food was great, as well. I don’t remember the last time a burger and fries tasted so good. Justin seriously deserves a promotion. I am a very picky customer, and he really surprised me in the best way.

There is nothing positive I can say about this Friday’s. First off, the girlfriend and I had to wait 10 mins for the smallest table in the world. Now I am not one to be claustrophobic but bloody hell, everyone is sitting on everyone’s nuts. The service sucked, the first thing we asked for was water…20 mins later no water. We only wanted a quick snack and a beer, but both the food and the beer sucked. The chicken flat bread we ordered was dry and tasteless, and I had to settle for a beer I didn’t want. I understand this is the airport, but seriously step up the game Fridays!

The boyfriend and I wanted somewhere to sit and enjoy some beer before our flight and a 2 hour layover. We grabbed some local brew and say in the two seater tables where two beers(local red and Sam Adams), two water cups, and our one appetizer of flatbread pizza seemed overwhelming for our little table. The draft Sam Adams tasted differently. The check came before we asked, don’t you sense that they’re trying to send you off when you’re not done with your beer and appetizer? Overall the service sucks and so does the food.

I can’t seem to find one for the the TGIFriday’s at Terminal C, Gate 10(ish), but that is the one I was at. Long story short, I had a ridiculously awful day. American Airlines messed up so many things; I missed my connecting flight, my luggage was lost, and basically, I had a full blown panic attack while waiting for a seat here. The hosts(Rafael and a woman’s who name I didn’t get), found me a seat to wait in, brought me napkins and a glass of water, and eventually got me a seat near a charger so I could call my partner and let him know I was stranded. My server was fine and the food was fine, but I am so appreciative of the kindness and compassion shown by the two hosts.

My flight was boarding in a little less than 45 minutes so I was sure I had time for a quick bite to eat at the bar. I might’ve had time… if the bartender had remembered to put in my order. He forgot because he was running after someone who had left their card at the bar — which is great for that person. When I put down my credit card to pay for the half of a huge beer I had(he didn’t ask what size I wanted), he just asked if that was it for me, the one beer. He didn’t even remember I had ordered food.

Picture this: black Friday 2011. Instead of going shopping I was on a 6am flight to La via DFW. Being totally disoriented and starving I decided that 9am was a perfect time for a burger and a beer. Service was quick and great, the burger was just what I needed and the beer helped me sleep on the next part of my flight.

After pacing this part of Terminal C, I had a good hunch this was the place to be. It was the only place that had a line to get in — Club Fridays. The up side of flying solo is that I had the option of getting seated quickly at the bar. Even though it took a little while to get the bartender’s attention, once I was able to, the service was efficient and friendly. I had the grilled chicken cobb salad and felt like Sally(the character from When Harry met Sally) making special requests — I figured for a $ 10 salad, why not?(kidding). I was impressed when it was presented to me by one of the other servers and he asked if it was to my liking. And it was — the salad was delicious and I left a happy patron. The ladies who chatted with me were a bonus. I’m glad I picked Fridays for my pre-flight hangout.

Great spot for when you’re stuck in the airport; they have nice seats. The South Western wedge salad was surprisingly good.

There are days when I can’t stand being at any airport or much less eating at one. But as I was taking my step daughter to DFW(for her to go visit her mom in CA), she says to me «can we PLEASE have TGIF??? «ok I said… it was bound to be better than McDonalds right? We were seated right away, and asked how long we had till our flt took off. And I find it comical how we were given a plastic knife but a sharper than thou metal fork??? As my daughter(shes 14) said… our host was hot!!! The waitress, Sharee, was very pleasant and curtious and the food was actually very good. However, this joint lost some points with me when our app came out after I was finished with my kids cheeseburger and almost downed my tall beer. I don’t think those 2 items go together!!! Lol After receiving my airlines discount, I almost asked for the manager about getting that app for free. But hence my daughtry had to go change into approves employee travel clothes, straighten her hair again AND touch up her makeup. Somethings are just more important than haggling a few extra dollars out of the manger.
