This joint is actually called Fito’s. At least that’s what the sign says. The taco trumpo are the best tacos I ever had hands down.

Cheap place for lunch. It’s $ 5 for 3 tacos, rice, beans, and your dink. The food was decent, nothing stellar or super note worthy, but all tasty enough. Except the Lengua, the lengua was very bland and over cooked so it was super tough (not a good thing for a large muscle piece of meet like that). I’ll be back for lunch again, this time around I just know what to order. Also be prepared to bust out your mad Spanish skills here. they had a waitress that spoke pretty decent English but the rest couldn’t. Plus it’s just way easier to order in Spanish and get what you want from the get go.

Nice little place, been here 20 years or so. Had the barbacoa taco with corn tortillas, chicharron with corn tortilla and a mexican coke. Not bad, the same as i remember 15 years ago. Nice little place, spanish helps but not required. Will have to try it again, because it is very close to where i live. If you need fruit, the trucks are in the same parking lot, melons and more.
