Dropped an iPad Air off to have the screen repaired on a Wednesday. He said it would be ready by Friday. I had informed him it was imperative that I had it back by Saturday because I was going out of town .
When I returned to pick it up not only was it unfinished but he would not give it back to me because it was taken apart. Was not finished until today (Monday) delaying my trip two days. He was completely unapologetic. Horrible service.
