This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at any Subway. The employees don’t know how to prepare any of the sandwiches, and I’ve heard other customers complain about their food being made wrong or getting orders completely wrong. Not only that, but I was overcharged for my meal, and it took me over 20 minutes to have my sandwich made when I was the only customer and I ordered 2 sandwiches. One customer got so fed up with the terrible service she asked to speak to the manager and the employees lied and told her that the trainee working behind the counter was the manager, and then when she called them out, they refused to give her his name or phone number. I’m honestly in shock at how awful this location is. I will never be coming back ever again.

Terrible establishment!!! Employees talk while customers are waiting to be served and they are just completely ignorant. They forget to cut the sandwich at times, they throw the veggies on the sand which like they don’t even care. I’ve been going here for a while now and I pretty much know this one girls life story. She is the worst a one too because she is super loud. Once they put on gloves, they go off and touch many other things then come back to touch your sandwich. I’m a germaphobic so that’s crazy.
