After taking a bite or two from my sandwich, I realized that it was missing the cheese that I had ordered. I returned to the restaurant and asked that the mistake be corrected. The employee made me a new sandwich, but then said that I would need to pay for the new sandwich. At this point, I no longer had my original sandwich and would be paying in essence for two sandwiches. I refused, and eventually they let me have the replacement sandwich… which was still missing cheese. Sigh. Highly disappointed. You can do better Subway.

This a great Subway! They get you in and out pretty quickly. I remember once before when I got lunch for a couple of folks in the office. The worked it all in and I was out of there in no time. But please remember for this location, you must go between 10:45AM and11:00AM, they get really busy around lunch time. If you go into lunch you will be waiting in a line. There food has always been really fresh and inviting. The restaurant is always is clean and smells nice. If you are over in this part of Dallas this Subway would be a great choice.

I didn’t eat the food but they deserve at least 4 stars for putting up with this type of behavior. I came to this restaurant to get some soup the other day during the thunderstorm. When ask, they ran out of soup for the day. Of course I didn’t want anything else in the store. On my way out, I overheard an argument. There was a grown man complaining at the register. His complaint was that the food was not great and the that subway lied about the italian sub being excellent. I sat down to listen more of the conversation and come to find out the man ate all but an inch of bread. Complaint was about the sandwich being hot but the cold veggies made it not edible.(he almost ate the whole thing). The conversation went back and forth and while the man raised his voice, the manager didn’t argue back. Ten minutes later he got his $ 5 or $ 6 back. That was something to see. Every body stopped what they were doing and stared. Great job manager.

Subway uses cheap prepackaged meats and cheese. Their bread is just frozen and heated up. It does not get any more UN-Fresh.

I like to preface my reviews by noting that if I go to Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse I have a greater expectation than if I go to McDonald’s. With that said, I like Subway, it’s not always my favorite because I like Quizno’s but now that Subway toasts their sandwiches they are gaining ground. It’s nice to get consistent quality at affordable prices and get it quickly. Good quick food and fast friendly service.
