If you want your drinks consistently made wrong by all means go to this location. When you question the order or have it remade there is too much sarcasm and attitude. I will never be back to this location again. I called the store to report my drink was made wrong, the manager happened to be the one taking the order. She then started arguing with me on the phone. To be such an easy drink order I don’t know why there had to be so much drama.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The manager does pay attention to make sure your order is perfect. I’m not a coffee person, but another spot for u Basics.

They recently updated the drive through for this starbucks, and I was hoping for improvements, but it really doesn’t change much, in fact it actually seems a bit more convoluted and there’s more of a tendency for cars to be stretched out to the road. Other than that, it’s starbucks, so go get your PSL(now with REAL pumpkin, supposedly) and just get on your merry, caffeinated way.

Today was a tall caramel Frap with extra caramel & add mocha drizzle. It’s a SALTED& regular caramel and no mocha. — where is my whip cream? — where is my mocha –where is the extra I paid for? — why are you giving me salted that’s nasty. I have been giving my drinks away because I don’t like salted caramel that is why I ordered regular caramel

I kid you not — I stood at the pickup counter for over five minutes waiting for an order that their app said was ready for pick-up. I know: don’t first world problems make us seen petty? Turns out their printer wasn’t working so drink was never made. Finally got it after fifteen minutes. Clearly this location needs some adult supervision.

I like this location, they’re relatively fast and it’s extremely convenient location. It is right by Jesuit so WHATEVERYOUDODONOTGOAROUND4 it Will be swarmed with Jesuit boys wanting frappuccinos. Or moms with kids. But even still they are really fast and relatively friendly. I come here ALOT on my lunch break for a quick pick me up.

This was my first time at this location. I tried the s’mores frap during frappy hour. You can’t beat ½ off fraps! I was surprised at how much I liked the s’mores frap. I would order it hands down again. My only complaint was that the frap was a little too liquidly for my taste. I prefer it a little more frozen. This location was packed with high school kids. While I was impressed with the service and the location, it was a little too noisy.

Open until 10 yet shuts off the oven at 9. This place should just close at 9 if you’re not going to serve over half the menu.

I went into the bathroom and there were feces on the inside of the bathroom door. The bathroom smelt terrible. My order was wrong. Also, every 5 minutes you are prompted for a «coupon» code. This is the ONLY Starbucks that charges you to use wifi. This was by far my worst experience here.

This is a decent sized Starbucks with more seating than the location on Alpha. I always base the size on the ease of finding a table to sit with my laptop. There is also a drive-thru. Other than that, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. Good coffee, tea, and extras.

It might be hard to believe but this location was(until 2004 or so) a Taco Bueno. Thankfully, this Starbucks joined the still-growing list of food options along Forest and Inwood. It seems to attract a good mix of neighborhood residents and students or parents from nearby private schools. This is an above average Starbucks that almost always has a long drive-thru line. You can expect 8 – 10 car lines throughout the weekday mornings that is not too quick.

Two words: drive thru. Some mornings(ok, most mornings) it’s a struggle to get out of bed but knowing there’s a Starbucks drive thru on my way to the office makes life a little bit easier. The line is long during the peak times but they move you through quickly.

Love this location! The drive-thru is great but often extremely lengthy lines out to the street during peak times. Staff is very friendly and work quickly to make the line move fast. This place is too convenient! I’ve upped my SBX addiction.

Clean & friendly staff. Faster to go in on a saturday than the drive thru.

This is actually a relatively large Starbucks. I’ve right off the Dallas tollway and has a drive-thru as well. Good for going in and sitting down OR driving through. As usual, the employees are upbeat, helpful and knowledgeable and the drinks are good.

I had no idea they had one over here — hooray for such a convenient location. AND it’s a drive thru! Plenty of seating inside the coffee shop and they’re always stacked with pastries. This will definitely be my new go to starbucks.

Always predictable and there’s nothing wrong with that. Always good service. Their coffees and espresso aren’t my favorite, but the convenience and free wifi make up for it.

The coffee is good, but this is such a hard location to get in and out of. The staff hustles but there just isn’t enough to meet the demand in the mornings.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen a Starbucks this large, where you can actually find a seat to take in the paper… or a space larger enough to prop open your laptops to study. It was really nice to grab some hot chocolate and catch up with a good friend with being bumped into or being a part of someone else’s conversation. The traffic was steady, not in waves which was nice. Both the baristas were friendly and had a good rhythm going. Perhaps there are still some Starbucks left that have that«quaint» coffeeshop feel.
