Terrible! Extremely disorganized. Dentist and staff do not appear to know what they are doing. After my first visit, they would not respond to numerous phone calls. Go someplace else as this place is a complete waste of time and money.

I must admit that I had already been inconvenienced by making the appointment at this Center. I had originally gone to Valley View, they set up a follow up appointment and then transferred me here because their «adult» dentist quit. I expected this center to be somewhat apologetic about what had already happened to me. Instead when I arrived, it took them almost 25 minutes to confirm that I had an appointment with phone calls back and forth between the two offices. I had confirmed it in the morning and they had no trouble locating it. Then another wait because even though they had agreed that I had an appointment, it was obvious I wasn’t in the schedule. When I was called back to the chair, the dentist was RUDE. Probably upset that they had squeezed another person into his schedule. He said no more than one sentence to me when he entered the room… which was his intro, «I’m Dr. X*@%. No more no less… proceeded to start cleaning my teeth. Before he left, I asked if we would be scheduling the appointment to repair the cavity they had located at the other location. He said, he would need to take a Panoramic X-​Ray. I told him it had already been done at the other center. He said, he wouldn’t be able to repair my cavity because that X-​Ray did him no good as they used digital xrays there and he did not. Turned around and walked out. The Hygienist did her best to make up for his RUDE behavior… gave me some quick brushing instructions, «circular at the gums» and then she was gone. That was in January… I received 4 phone calls from the center to confirm my insurance information which had always been the same and not changed. Then in October, they finally file the claim – get reimbursed and tell me that I need to pay $ 25 for the dental instruction which had not been covered by my insurance. I also owe them for the amount no covered by insurance. I paid my 20% for the procedure to the first center at Valley View… no one seems to know where that money is. Valley View transferred it to them. They don’t have it. This was a HORRIBLE experience from the inept staff to the extremely RUDE dentist.
