Can I give ½ a star? The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Almost 30 minutes. Then, the attendant was obviously not a happy person.

Soooo slow and I try to be gracious in person and in reviews. Use the Drive-​thru if you are in a hurry!!! Worst service of all sonics I’ve been to… even ones in small towns. It’s been like this for months. Where’s the owner?!?

Worst sonic ever. I’ve complained to the management, I’ve informed corporate and now I’m turning to Unilocal.The staff is rude, slow and dumb. They ignore the button constantly, they get my order wrong every time and tonight I went by at 9:53pm and was informed that the stalls were closed and I had to use the drive thru. When I asked her to repeat herself, (I couldn’t believe they’d close the stalls that early) she raised her voice and repeated with a very rude tone. Here were other people waiting in the stalls!!! I refuse to use the drive thru because when I pay cash, I NEVER get change. They assume I want to tip them for the horrible service an attitude. I took my money elsewhere and I will not be back. Hopefully they’ll clean house and get some quality staff in there.

all i have to say about this sonic is… big fat ghetto mess. it seem like everybody got high right before work. an the whole staff just fall’s asleep in the middle of your order. because when your food come out everything is wrong. like who train this staff??? i guess the neighborhood weed man. i will never go here again if i could put a 0 star i would.

The employees are morons. They constantly ignore the button. Hope you didn’t want your food fresh, because they will wait till they have several orders ready, before they bring you your food. Then they walk from car to car, «was this yours, or did you order this or that?» Every single time. I ordered 1 brownie/​cookie dough blizzard, and a coconut cream pie shake. I got a vanilla shake and a chocolate cream pie, which isn’t even on the menu. That’s a new level of a messed up order. Steak and Shake is next door. Always made to order, and has never messed up my order.

I’ve been there twice where they ignored the button and they ignored me mid order another time. My friend got so irritated she left and we went somewhere else. Lol also one time I was there my friend and she handed the cashier/​server money and she said she didn’t have change and walked off with her dollar. Who hires these people?

This place is either super short staffed or really lazy (or both). Multiple times we’ve gone to the stalls, only for someone to answer five minutes later that «those stalls are closed» and to go through the drive thru. This is at 8pm on a Friday night. What?

Horrible service, please just don’t waste your time here. They don’t even care about taking your order. I waited here for so long, keep pressing the order button but no one response; on two different trip! What the hell Sonic?

Had to wait around five minutes at the drive thru speaker before anyone even let us know they were aware we were here. Ordered a orange cream slush and it was not made well at all. The drink was watery and was hidden by the whip cream at the top. Made me feel like when my biological dad left me when I was four. One star.

Sloooowest service ever. I’m pretty sure when my burger came out, it was cold, bc it took sooooo looooonnnnng to get my food.

I’ve yet to get an order right from this location. I have given it three chances and I will not be returning to this location. Slow service if they ever decided to answer.

SLOW and will forget about you. My cup was leaking. It just seems like no cares there.

No one bothered to answer at the drive through. I waited long enough, drove up to the window and no one noticed me again, so I just drove in to a spot.
When I left I saw 3 cars in the drive thru line. Cool. Thanks for paying attention, Sonic. I only needed a drink. –_–

Been to this location twice. Horrible. 1^st time, the lead was too busy flirting with one of the girls to address me. 2^nd time, I ordered a blast only to get to the bottom and find over an inch of unblended powder. If I’m paying $ 6 for a blast and you make me wait over 5 mins while you count your money at the window so you can go home then blend the ice cream the way you’re supposed to. Absolutely pathetic. Won’t be visiting this location again.

Let me tell you about my experience with a manager named Brittany!
I had a simple order just a lemon berry slush and a burger. The first time we went she forgot to give us a drink, so I get half way home and turn around. I come back and tell her and she hands me the drink they made from before. I get half way down the street and find out they made the drink wrong. So now I have to come back again. Once she sees me you can immediately tell she has an attitude. So as I’m telling her she made my drink wrong before I’m finish she basically closes the window in my face. At this point I’m positive she has an attitude as I wasn’t as sure before. So when she hands me the drink I had to come back 3 times to get you can tell she’s tired of me, as if I did something wrong. Didn’t say thank you or anything, just shuts the window again. So at this point I need a name so I can let sonic know, so I knock on the window and she opens it I ask her name and before she was finished saying «Brittany» the window was closed again. So I hope this gets to somebody so something can be done. I don’t expect Sonic to have great customer service but what she did was unacceptable.

Waited 25 minutes, never got to order. Didn’t look that busy. I’ve been to Sonics all over the country, never ever this bad of service.

Parking lot was clean, the menu boards were new and flashy, but the employee that took our order was grouchy and irritated with us. Took an extremely long time to get our food and the three milk shakes we ordered were a little runny by the time we got them. Probably won’t be back to this location.

When my boyfriend and I went to this location, the food tasted so bad that we just threw it away and went somewhere else. My chicken tenders were too dry, and when I asked for them to bring me honey mustard, it never came. My milkshake was also soupy, as if they had it sittting out for 10 minutes. It was a very frustrating experience. He ordered two American dogs, both of which had very small hotdogs and were drowned in way too much relish.
The grape and orange slushee was delicious though.

Sad little burgers with not much meat, paper thin slices of tomatoes and just a fraction of a lettuce leaf. I only went there today because In n Out Burgers was closed today because of Easter. Sometimes, I would eat here if they have a sale or something. Sometimes, they would have mini hot dogs for only 50 cents each. Also, happy hour is half price drinks between 2pm and 4 pm. Currently, they have a half price cheeseburger special. Anyways, I only come here when In-​n-​Out Burgers is closed or Sonic Drive-​In has a sale. Otherwise, I’d rather go to In-​n-​Out Burgers.
Where they do shine is the stuff that they carry that other fast food joints don’t carry. They have tater tots and corn dogs. I really enjoy their corn dogs.
What I don’t get is the whole dining in your own car instead of inside a restaurant concept. I mean, who wants to get the inside of YOUR car dirty? Better to dirty up a restaurant table instead.
P. S. Not all Sonic locations have a drive through. This one has a drive through. I hate the Sonic locations without a drive through because it defeats the purpose of fast food if you don’t have a drive through. Also, people who go to fast food places want a quick and cheap meal. It is no longer cheap if you have to tip a server to bring your meal out to your car.

Right next to my house so I’m ways in and out of grabbing drinks. Service is always fast, food is always hot. Stop by here for good drive though food.
