This was only my second time here, but I really do love this place. While the prices are a little bit expensive for a meal, the half salad and a beverage is all you really need to feel satiated and even full. Unless you’re looking to ravage a forest, the half will serve you well. I really like the freshness of the ingredients here. Both the cobb salad I had recently and the salad with tuna I had my first trip were very delicious and fresh. My cobb salad included chicken, bacon, avocado(half of one!), gorgonzola cheese, onion, iceberg and another type of lettuce(that I didn’t catch), with their Cobb dressing. I’m not usually a fan of eggs on my food, but I hardly even noticed since they were cooked so tenderly! The atmosphere is pretty chill with a ton of space for probably about 40 people to sit comfortably inside. They also have a cute little outside space with four or five picnic tables for when the weather is nice. I will definitely be back here!

Definitely one of the most expensive salads you will buy. But if you’re trying to eat healthy for the whole day, then id recommend getting the full size because it’s definitely enough for 2 meals. If you haven’t been here before, it’s a salad restaurant but chipotle style where you get to choose whatever toppings you want as you go down the line. Or you can order pre-made salads if you’re feeling lazy. I’d highly recommend the Cobb salad! Also, they have a crazy lunch rush/line so I’d recommend ordering online and picking up. You have to do this at least 45 minutes in advance. When you arrive at the restaurant, you can just go straight to the cash register to pick up. What’s even nicer is that they don’t mix it until you get there so the salad doesn’t get soft.

Pleasantly surprised each time. I was craving salad and could not find a good spot– until I discovered this gem. I think its a little pricey at $ 11.00 for my create your own salad with buffalo chicken, but man do i crave it! If you hit this venue at the perfect time typically it will be a very short wait. However, if you’re behind someone who is ordering for him and his 3 coworkers it may be awhile. The meat is made pretty fresh other than the buffalo chicken which is frozen and then fried. The striker sauce they put on top, however, is TODIEFOR. I find that you get more salad when you dine in opposed to taking it to go but usually I am on the run. There is one gentleman, I believe his name is Jorge– who always remembers my order and gives me some extra dressing to top it off. He is what brings me back again and again. As I write this I am getting hungrier and hungrier. Maybe I will just have to stop by for lunch today… now what does that tell you?

I must say this is the best salad place I have ever been to. We had one similar in Austin called Leaf. But Leaf seemed to be a little more pricey. Snappy salads has endless options, I have never seen such a large spread for salad toppings! Their salads they have listed for options are so creative! I was pretty overwhelmed and I kept letting other people jump in front of me so I finally just got in line and asked the girl in front of me what she got, and it was the grilled avocado! I added chicken and egg(because I love egg and I am very particular with chicken so I wanted to see how theirs was) and it was so good!!! I have gone for multiple trips and this is my favorite go-to-salad! The dining area is fun because it’s not individual tables so you don’t feel so awkward eating alone if you are. The dressing was so fresh and cold! One thing I appreciated was when they mix your salad, they rest it on ice and spin it so it keeps it really cold! My biggest pet peeve is when salads get warm from adding toppings ect… theirs stayed nice and cold! You end out of the bowl they mix it with or they will put it in a to-go container for you! I will never stop coming here for lunches! My best girlfriend works next door so we’re already planning our lunch dates!

Oh so torn… Dear Snappy Salads… I love your salads. I do. But this cheap piece of Sunbeam white bread(yes, from the yellow package) that you smacked some butter, haphazardly threw on a skillet and then had the nerve to bill as «italian bread» is just… wrong. White bread(or as my granny would say… light bread) belongs in one place and one place only: at the bottom of my Rudy’s chicken order. No one ACTUALLY eats this stuff! Add this to the piss poor customer service at this location and I gotta give you two stars. Pains me to do so but management needs to fix it… Fast.

Updated The owner reached out to me via Unilocal after my less that fortunate experience. He went above expectations to ensure I remain a happy and satisfied customer. Restaurants do not always get it correct 100% of the time, however it is nice to see an owner go to appropriate lengths to listen to their customers and correct problems when they arise. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — - The salads are good but the pricing is outrageous. It makes Eatzi’s salads look cheap. I came in today and saw their Featured Salad on the board. Looked good, I’ll take it. Turns out it was $ 19 for this salad. A salad… for $ 19 There wasn’t a price on the board for this salad. I assumed it would be around the same price for other steak salads, $ 14. I assumed incorrectly. $ 19 and change. I hate to use the term Bait and Switch but don’t advertise a salad, without a price, and drop a $ 20 price tag on it at the end.

Food is always great, but there seems to be new staff. The team working today At 2pm was rude to guests in front and behind me. When I got to the register I ordered chips and salsa as a side. They charged me for a side and then delivered a soup cup of broken chips. I questioned if that was the appropriate size/side because I’ve never seen that here. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Customer service isn’t on point here. I love SS, but with service like this I’ll be moving to Crisp or somewhere similar as my salad«go to» spot. What a shame.

Can’t stop coming back. I’ve had about everything on the menu, and the Grilled Avocado + Steak just became my favorite. It’s essentially the Babe Ruth of salads… and I don’t even like baseball.

I Love Snappy Salads but, I’ve never visited the one on Greenville… it’s safe to say I won’t be visiting this one again anytime soon. The music was so loud, so when I went to order I had to ask the employee to repeat herself several times when she spoke; which seemed to annoy her greatly, so she had an attitude the entire time making my salad. She must not have been able to hear me very well either since she put the wrong things in my salad, although the celery tasted much better than cucumbers would have in my salad, any salad would have tasted much better severed with a smile. She may have had a bad day, I understand but keep in mind customers have bad days too and we go to the places we love to relax, not get treated like we’re idiots for not hearing properly.

My go to salad spot when I feel I’ve overindulged over the weekend. Okay, if you go during peak hours like I do aka lunch hour, be prepared to get anxiety when you step up to the salad bar to place your order. The employees there are polite, but it seems you’re kind of expected to know what you want and how you want it right away. To this day, I still get stressed when I have to pick my dressing and meat. sometimes they don’t ask you so I’m afraid they’ll pack up my salad before I even get to tell them what meat I want. As they mix everything together, I just blurt out what meat and to add avocado. I’m never sure that they hear me, but they always get it right. I’ve tried their Chicken Caesar Salad and Texas Taco, which are both tasty. I love the different layers of flavor and texture from the Texas Taco Salad. Usually, I create my own half snap and add an avocado and pulled chicken or grilled chicken. Sometimes the chicken tastes too salty. The toppings are fresh. All this costs $ 13. Still pretty pricey but filling so I will not complain. Obviously, i haven’t had an issue since I come here at least once a week if not more for lunch. All the salads are so refreshing, even the fatty ones. I always feel better after eating one of the salads. False sense of dieting is the best! :)

I don’t think you can go wrong with any salad. It’s pretty delicious! The veggies and meats taste fresh and they will grill avocado for you… yes please! In my last two visits I wanted to make my own salad, yet the line is so rushed by the employees it doesn’t give you enough time to get what you really want. So I always end up choosing a random salad from the menu. The location is great, and I really enjoy the sitting arrangement. Somehow they managed to add a small patio, kinda cool. I will definitely visit again, especially because it’s so close to home.

I’ve been here two or three times. I really like their selection of salads options, which are fresh and tasty. Their soups are pretty good too. I’m just not sure how«healthy» it really is, as some of the additions and dressings can make these salads calorically dense. So, if you think you are getting a low-calorie salad by coming here, you will probably be disappointed if you pick the menu-salads. You always have the option of leaving out some of the toppings and asking for dressing on the side to better control the calories. If you are aiming to just get a minimally processed lunch, then this place is pretty good for that. I’m not a huge fan of their flat breads, and probably won’t get it again as a meal. It makes a good appetizer though. Depending on what you get, it can be quite pricey for a quick-meal/lunch spot. This location is pretty convenient and clean. I like the idea of them going«green» but the execution is a little off. For example, the paper straws never last me through my entire meal because they tend to fall apart. Is that just me? But, I’m not letting this small annoyance affect my overall review. If you are in the mood for a quick lunch/healthy brunch, this place is a good option.

I love Snappy Salads! This location is located on Greenville avenue, between Caruth Haven and Southwestern. This is a great place for a healthy meal. For around $ 10, I was able to grab the Cobb salad. Even the smallest size is HUGE. The employees were friendly and ensured that I was pleased with my salad. Come check this spot out. Healthy, fresh ingredients make one tasty salad.

Well, I felt the need to feed my inner Rabbit for lunch today. What better way to satisfy the need, than swingin’ by Snappy Salads. They always deliver. Hubby ordered the ½ Cobb… it’s Iceberg and romaine lettuces, tomatoes, green onion, boiled eggs, bacon, grilled chicken, fresh avocado, Gorgonzola cheese, with the Original Brown Derby Cobb dressing… he was feeling happy & full with his choice. I ordered ½ Buffalo Chicken… it’s Iceberg and romaine lettuces, tomatoes, carrots, and celery, added some fresh avocado, with house-made SFH Maytag Blue Cheese Vinaigrette and topped with crispy Buffalo Chicken and Gorgonzola Blue Cheese… exactly what my taste buds were craving! We each ordered some warm Pumpernickel Daily Bread w/orange butter… it is super good! I really like this location. The Salad Mixologist, the friendly & helpful wait staff, the cleanliness, the manager & the atmosphere all just make for a nice dining experience. See ya next time, SS.

I absolutely love Snappy Salads! I must say that I appreciate their expansion beyond North Park mall. This location is a great one because it’s easy to get to quickly from 75 and the staff is always very nice, helpful and friendly. I get a little indecisive so I often skim and stare at the menu. And almost every time, a staff member comes over to offer assistance. Okay so let’s get to the food! I love their soups. They are homemade and it tastes like it too. What I like about their soups is that they are unique and not just the regular staples that you normally see like chicken noodle. I love sampling them first. I also rave about their Santa Fe Chicken Snap Wrap. I don’t like everyone’s chicken salad but there’s is phenomonal. You know chicken salad is a lot trickier to pull off than tuna salad. And me likes! They serve it with tortilla chips and homemade salsa. Might want to ask for an extra as the salsa comes in a pretty small serving but the chips are really tasty so you can really eat them on their own. Salad wise, there are so many tasty delights. I often frequent the Sautéed Salmon and sub with the Parsley vinaigrette for the Ginger that it’s originally paired with. I love watching them cook the Salmon. I’ve also tried create your owns, the Grilled Avocado, The Buffalo Chicken and The Mexican(which is off the menu but can still be made… it might be similar to the Texas Taco), and The Greek… all yummy. They also have a great drink selection beyond the regular carbonated drinks like flavored teas, lemonade and cane cola and root beer. Although I am primarily an H2Oer. They are always expanding the menu so it’s even more to try. Highly recommended. Tasty and healthy. Just go easy on the dressing if you can.

I was pretty disappointed with this place. It sounded like potential but I left feeling very underwhelmed. Service was not friendly and unhelpful. Whenever I asked a question they responded like I should already know. I had a buffalo chicken salad. It was fine, but nothing special. I probably wouldn’t go back.

Snappy Salads is the perfect if you’re looking for something quick and healthy. The Chicken Cobb salad is my favorite go to salad! As well as the Crispy Artichocke Hearts are a must. Don’t be discouraged if the line is long, it goes by so quickly!

It’s so hard to find healthy places to eat in Dallas. Luckily, snappy salads is the perfect solution! I loveeeee the grilled avocado salad. It’s so fresh with the perfect amount of spiciness. The crispy artichoke hearts appetizer is also TODIEFOR!!! This place has fast, friendly service; a clean, trendy atmosphere, and delicious food that is good for you! They also promote sustainability by using renewable resources for cups and straws! Awesome.

I love this place. I’ve had it to go, catered, and dined in. I’ve had the roasted grape and gorgonzola flat bread — SO good. I am already a fan of roasted grapes, so with the gorgonzola, this dish was a hit. Oh man, I could have some right now! I’ve also had the herbed goat cheese-stuffed peppadews. Those sweet but tangy bright little things pair well with the soft goat cheese. Though not my favorite on the menu, they are worth trying. My most favorite app or thing to share on the menu is the crispy artichoke hearts with lemon aioli. They fry the artichoke hearts perfectly, and the lemon aioli tops it off so well! So in order from fave to least fave for apps: 1. Artichoke hearts 2. Flatbread 3. Peppadews Not for the salads — I don’t think you can go wrong with any salad you choose, but my favorite is the grilled avocado. It is wonderful! By the time you’re done with it, you’ll be shocked you ate a salad. The corn, dressing, and of course the avocado, are my favorite in the salad. I will say it is pricey, and typically I will finish the portion, but it’s worth it. To note, there’s no need to get a piece of bread on the side. You may think you need some carbs to complete the meal, but the salad is filling enough. Love this place — it’s great for lunch during a workday. Quick, easy, and healthy.

Decided to check this place out based on other Unilocal reviews. The menu was kind of overwhelming at first but the the staff was very friendly. Ended up with the half order of the grilled avocado salad with shrimp and blue cheese vinaigrette. It was really delicious. Definitely makes it worth the stop for a salad. There’s also wraps and baked potatoes available too. I will caution that my meal(a drink and the salad) was $ 15, but the half portion of the salad was freakin huge and easily makes two meals. The food tastes great. They were out of iced tea when I went to the drink station, but they quickly brewed a fresh batch for me. Also a cool note: they use paper straws instead of plastic as an environmentally friendly movement and they’re just as good if not better.
