This place is so awesome I never been to a burger place like this weather it be picking their creations or one of your own it was so awesome I got the Baja burger and my husband created his own and both of them were so good. We would definitely have to be back they also have vitamin water on tap if you can believe it! I couldn’t believe it its so awesome it was very clean and the guy at the front was very helpful and very friendly I will definitely go back here at any time

The service here was absolutely exceptional!
Very friendly and knowledgable staff.
However, the menu, the burgers, the food left much to be desired. Serving sizes are ok, but nothing special. The prices are absolutely in the $$ range.
Didn’t hate it, but won’t be back again.

Have been going to this Smashburger location since it opened and historically has been pretty good but something has happened in the last several months — the food remains about the same but the staff now provides extremely poor service and makes no apology for the fact that they would prefer that you were not in their store.

First time there all the orders where wrong the hamburgers look trouble. The service was very getto people .All the tables where dirty and tight not worth the price that we paid back to in and out better.

Not that good. OK. But nothing I would seek out. Not crazy about chain burger places. They have beer and it looked like some of it was local, but didn’t get any beer. Their rosemary fries are really awesome and the bright spot of my visit. IMO Hop Doddy down the street is better.

The Original Smash Burger was excellent, but the fries were really bad. They tried reheating old fries, which makes them hot, but very greasy and loses their flavor. Fries are cheap and have great margin, they think they are being smart business people, but I’m the customer that doesn’t complain, I just never come back and I tell all my friends

This place should be renamed salt burger. I ordered a mushroom and swiss (pink) and got an overcooked patty with the saltiest mushrooms I’ve ever had in my life. What you see in the photo is what ended up in the trash.

I had the Baja Cobb with grilled chicken. The chipotle sauce was spicy, which is exactly how I like it. The portion size was okay, which is not how I like it. I had a similar bowl at BB Bop the day before for a similar price but with a larger portion. I’d liked an extra cup or so of greens to make it more filling.

Good burger, great fries. Yep I’m a fan and highly recommend.

I love SmashBurger! And this location is fast and ready for the lunch rushes almost always! I love the chicken avocado club with smash fries! Always fresh avocado and their smash fries are addicting!

For a burger joint, this establishment is kept up well, and clean. The burgers are interesting, the patties are juicy and flavorful, and they have numerous bun options. The ‘create your own’ burger is a great price, especially considering the number of toppings and options available! The assistant manager Gaudencio brought us our food outside, and displayed some great customer service skills! He also was welcoming of our dog outside and gave him some meat.
Its all around better than Chop House Burger, just a mile away. Better prices, yummier burgers, friendlier staff. I’ll never go anywhere else again when I need to satisfy a burger craving.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and honestly will probably keep returning, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering ahead online again.
The food itself, when made correctly, is great. I’ve had the BBQ Bacon burger quite a few times both as a regular burger and as a fried (crispy) chicken option. Both taste great and always go great with the smash fries. The regular fries are, in my opinion, somewhat bland and wouldn’t make me want to come back again and again.
The guy that always takes the orders on the weekends is really nice and has a good attitude. I ordered online today for 11:45 am pickup. When I arrived a few minutes late at 11:49, I was hoping it would be ready. I had ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger with crispy chicken and smash fries and specified no cheese on the burger on the online ordering system. My wife got a veggie black bean burger and regular fries. They didn’t have it ready right away so I had to wait until about 11:55 until they handed me the food. No big deal, I’m glad it was made fresh.
I took the order out to my car and checked it before leaving, as I’ve learned to always do with this place. Not surprisingly my burger had cheese on it. If it were easy to remove, I would just take it out and call it a day, but the way they make the burger that was not possible. I took it in and told them about the problem, and they went to start making a new one. It took about 10 minutes, all the while my wife’s food was getting cold. They gave me the replacement burger and apologized, and I realize stuff happens. Just to make sure I checked it one more time before turning on my car.
This time, they didn’t put the cheese, but they also left off the bacon. I went back in, and they added bacon within about a minute. The front area guy that takes the orders was beyond apologetic and it wasn’t his fault. Interesting enough, whenever I order and dine in at this place or call in over the phone for pickup it’s made right. It’s only the online orders that have problems. I’m wondering if the online system shows up differently to the people making the food, and that’s why stuff gets messed up. Or maybe they just need to hire a new cook.
Like I said, I’ll probably be coming back, but I won’t be ordering online again. And that’s a shame, because their online order system is streamlined and easy to use. Use it at your own risk, though.

I placed my order online and went in to pick it up. My food was ready, but when I got back to work I found ketchup was all over the wrapper and was very messy. The burger was soggy, but tasted OK. I probably won’t place another online order in fear of getting a sloppy messy burger.

It’s a little difficult to find parking here on the weekends during meal times, but the line inside goes quickly. The workers are super friendly and all smiles (upgraded to 4 stars because of this) :D
I had the Truffle Mushroom Swiss burger, which gets its hefty truffle flavor from the truffle mayo. Solid. There’s chew to the meat (not overdone or dry, but also not super juicy), the egg bun adds a touch of richness, and the Swiss cheese melded the textures and flavors together. Although they aren’t super fancy, the burgers are a notch higher than McD’s and the like (I’m still a fan of McDonald’s double cheeseburgers though!) and will cost you $ 6 each. If I was in the area and craved a burger, I would visit Smashburger, but the burgers aren’t anything to travel a distance for!

Been to this location a few times since it’s close to home.

Usually get the chicken avocado sand which (quite good) and I love their smash fries!
They’re crispy but not TOO crispy.
I’ve only been here during late nights. So I’m not sure how efficient/​friendly the place is during rush lunch time.
If it’s a quick decent burger you want, that is what you’ll get.

Not a bad place to grab a quick burger. I love their chicken here. Normally that is what I get but tonight I went for the burger. I wanted the bacon cheese burger. When I order it, I. Priced it had a bunch of stuff that I don’t like. So told her to take it off. For some reason she said I am going to change it to a create your own budget, then she asked me what I wanted on it.
Since I originally ordered a bacon cheese burger, I did not feel I had to tell her to add bacon on it. I was wrong. My burger did not have any bacon on it. Was not a huge deal. It was still good.

I’m going to have to downgrade my review of this location for 2 reasons. First off, we received an awesome promotion at work where you get a «free burger» with the purchase of a side and a drink. Now that’s a fantastic deal! Unfortunately, I think every other business within a 5-​mile radius also received the same promotional coupons because both times I have been here this week, the place has been PACKED with the line wrapping all the way around to the drink dispensers! We’re talking about 20 people deep.
On my first visit earlier this week, I opted for the vegetarian bean burger (which I’ve had before. Love it!). The manager asked if I wanted sliced grilled mushrooms on my burger for a $ 1 upcharge. OK, why not. I was so disappointed when they delivered it to our table. Here I was expecting to see a mound of steaming sauteed mushrooms falling off the patty but instead there were maybe about 10 measly pieces/​slices, if that many. (See picture below). Live & learn.
On today’s visit, we got there right around 11:40 and that’s normally a good time to arrive and beat the crowd and find a parking spot upfront. Not today. The line was already wrapped around the between the tables when we walked in and to make matters worse, there was only one poor girl working the counter!!! (See picture below). Everyone else was working the order window and delivering food & milkshakes. They were definitely short staffed today. Someone must’ve of either called in sick or quit. We waited in line for a good 15 minutes by the time we got up to the counter to order. This time I ordered the Smash chicken sandwich (which is always good), so I have no complaints on the food today.
I still enjoy coming to this place but if they’ve got a promotion going on, you almost have to arrive by 11:15 to beat the crowd.
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT — please have more staff on hand during busy lunch hours when you’re running huge promotions.

This location has been better than other ones I have eaten at.
I just got back from getting lunch here and my stomach is satisfied. I ordered the black-​bean burger with smash fries and it was excellent. Everything tasted fresh. The fries have some type of oily seasoning covering them, but they are wonderful; just eat them quickly.
The wait was a bit longer than was told. It didn’t make a difference today, but if I were rushing on a busy work day, I would have been annoyed. The space inside is a little tight, so if there are a lot of people it can make the line confusing. When you walk in, you order in the line to the far right. The line on the left is for «to-​go» orders.
Minus one star because I had to eat my burger with a fork. It just kept falling apart on me, but I’ve ran into this problem before when eating a black bean burger.

I was considering giving this place two stars, but then I remembered, «hey, this is a burger joint!» When burgers are your bread and butter, you have to bring your A game.
Unfortunately what I got was their F game. First, the only positives: the egg roll is nice and makes a good foundation for a burger. Secondly, the size is manageable. Many burger places go for size to impress patrons. Too big and you end up eating a burger salad.
But at the heart of the matter, this burger was simply disgusting. It was as if you are eating an over salted charcoal briquette. The burger was charred and left a burnt taste in my mouth. It was so dry, the BBQ sauce couldn’t even save it. The meat had no flavor (beyond salt and char, of course) and the condiments were too sparse.
I tried the sweet potato fries and they were too floppy with no crispness whatsoever. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. You’d find a better burger at Wendy’s.
