Found this outlet looking for mattress stores for a new guest bedroom bed. Great find! We purchased a queen mattress, box spring, and frame for $ 368 total. I know it is mentioned that their is a default with the bed but we cannot find what our could be, bed is in perfect condition! Employees were also incredibly nice and helpful, even loaded the bed to the top of our Tahoe and tied it up very securely. Would go back again in a heart beat!

I purchased a queen bed for the first time in my adult life! I feel like such an adult. I was expecting to pay like 700 or 750 by the time was all said and done, but I ended up paying less than 500 for a queen boxspring and mattress. The boxspring is a tinnnnny bit bigger than the mattress, but it’s something that even OCD me can handle when the bed is made and the quilt covers it. Yes, be aware, if you go to this place, there are small defects in the products. But if your main objective is saving money and being a smart shopper, do you really care if one stitch was sewn a millimeter crooked on the mattress pad when it is covered with a sheet 99% of the time? For the people who give 3 and less stars because of this, you know what you’re getting into upfront. You are told during the sales spiel and again before you sign on the dotted line that these are products with small defects and there are no warranties. If you can’t deal, go take your foolish self elsewhere to spend 1000’s more for the same product. I knew from the other reviews that delivery might be pricey, so I have a guy that I use to help me deliver things and I had him help me, so I can’t comment on the delivery service, but maybe secure your own pickup method ahead of time if you’re worried about that. I went on a weekend and the place was very busy. I will warn you to clear at least a whole afternoon to accomplish this task. It was just one woman, whom I think is the proprietor, and her warehouse guys that lift all the products from here to there. I really think that the company has an amount of business that warrants extra sales assistant staff, at least part-​timers on the weekends, because the one lady, while being polite and apologetic about it, was not really keeping up with everyone, and she had a hard time remembering who was next. There were at least 1 – 2 people that came after me and were helped before me, and lots more people waiting around, vying for her attention. She was trying to help at least 7 people with answering questions, while directing her warehouse staff, answering the phone, and ringing people up. So, if you’re in the market for the best price you can find anywhere on a new bed, come here, with a friend, a pickup truck and plenty of patience and time. And hire more people, Simmons Factory Outlet.

Let me start by saying I normally don’t write reviews, but we had a very bad experience somewhere else recently and had such a wonderful experience here. Forget the discounted prices and deals you will get here, the staff was really patient and helpful! My fiancé and I came here earlier today, we felt no pressure from the sales team, they were willing to pull mattresses from the back and place them on floor area so we could try them.
We just purchased the mattress so I cant comment on the quality of the mattress, but they seem to be very upfront in telling you all the minor defects they are aware of-​and are very clear there are no refunds or exchanges. The associate that was assisting us encouraged us to try out the bed as long as we wanted because of this reason. My brother and father have purchased from here before and have been very satisfied. They do not offer their own delivery but do offer a third party or you can go about doing so on your own. Overall great prices and helpful staff.

I am in love with this place and there prices, I was expecting to spend 800 on a bed from Mattress Express and ended up going to Simmons Factory Outlet, where I got a better bed at a fraction of the price, 250 plus tax! Plus they helped load it into my truck, very painless!!! I SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE NOW!!!

Mattresses here are cheap but for a reason. Just be aware that these mattresses have some sort of defect. You buy as is… no warranty, no refunds, no exchanges. Delivery service is rather expensive. Cheaper to rent a Uhaul if you don’t have a pick-​up truck or van. Double check the price you are charged before handing over your credit card or cash. I was overcharged but fortunately they refunded me on the spot.

I think we got a really good deal. The sales people are very nice and quite helpful when
we had a question. They left us alone while pondering this expensive purchase. They didn’t stalk us around the store… like other places. We are very happy with our new mattress. Will absolutely shop here again.

What a deal! We arrived in Dallas with no bed and within two hours of walking in the store we had a wonderful mattress delivered to our door at a great price. The staff was very helpful and we got a few thousand dollar mattress for more than ²⁄₃ off. It was a steal. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quality mattress for a good price.

I was very hesitant about buying a mattress from here but almost 2 years later I can say that I’m glad I did it. I was initially worried about the no return policy and also the kind of mattresses they were selling (if they were floor displays, had defects, were used, etc.) I have previously purchased 2 other Beautyrest mattresses at regular retail stores and have had no problems in the past with having to utilize a warranty so I figured, what the heck I’ll give it a try. I ended up with a brand new queen Beautyrest Black mattress (one of their top of the line) for only $ 800. Amazing deal. I inspected very carefully for any signs of wear/​tear, defects and even bed bugs. I thought this deal was too good to be true, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived without a hitch. When I upgrade to king size I will definitely check this place out again. Thanks so much Simmons Factory Outlet!
PS. I would not recommend this for people who have never had a Beautyrest mattress. I know this brand is for me but mattress shopping is different for everyone. I’d hate to buy something that sagged on me when I can’t return it.

Sleep doesn’t get any better than this! I have been to this place three times and purchased a set of mattress each time. Not only that, I have referred several individuals to this outlet and everyone is completely satisfied.
The Simmons Factory Outlet provide quality high-​end mattresses for a fourth of the price. My king size mattress would have cost $ 1800 in the store but at this place I only paid a little over $ 500. Same mattress set in the stores… trust me I checked several stores!
They provide excellent customer service and are always helpful anytime you are in the store. When I went to pickup the mattress set, they made sure they were wrapped tight with plastic and secured tight on the truck.
I will always recommend anyone to this outlet and continue my purchases here.

This place is the BEST! The sales lady was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Got the best deal on a top of the line Beautyrest mattress. This will ALWAYS be my first stop when mattress shopping. I suggest it’s yours too.

If you need a great mattress at a great price this is the place to go! The young lady that works there is most helpful. They will arrange delivery for you and the delivery service is first rate. If they don’t have exactly what you want just check back and they will eventually get it. We bought two twin size, two california kings (very hard to find and expensive when you do find it from other retailers) and could not be happier with the quality and the price.

If you are in search of a new mattress set and want a great bargain, this is the place to go. This is a true factory outlet that services their factory location in Irving. There are only about 7 of these stores across the US. Its mostly overstock and some discontinued items. I just purchased a Simmons Beautyrest World Class, Firm, Visco Memory foam top (no-​pillowtop) King Size mattress set for about ¹⁄₈^th (yes — one over eight!) the price that it is listed for on the Macy’s website; its about 60% off of the current price listed on
. Delivery is additional and starts at $ 45 and up depending on distance and size of bed. Only downside is that they do not remove the old bed. From what I’ve heard, one can call the American Kidney Foundation to pick up an old bed for free. I have yet to look into it. Also, City of Dallas dept of sanitation picks up furniture from curbside once a month as per their website if you can wait till their pick up day.
