I rented a small office from Laura Venker, the manager at Signature Place, and it was a nightmare. You talk about hidden fees. They lure you in with a low fee of $ 99 but you find out when you get the bill that there are hidden fees like kitchen fees, etc. Also, with the smallest computer data fee, you do not get much internet usage and you will probably quickly go over the limit like I did, and then they hit you with a big fee. Their internet connection was extremely slow but you don’t find this out until you have already moved into your office and then is too late. The internet connection kept crashing and they did not know how to fix it. The elderly receptionist was the one who was in charge of trying of trying to keep it going and she knew nothing about computers. On top of that, she got mad at me when I walked through the receptionist area to go to my office and did not stop and chat with her every day. She would come to my office and give me her piece of mind for not stopping to chat. I finally got tired over dealing with all the problems and gave my notice to vacate. Then received my final bill and all kinds of additional bogus fees were added. Dealing with manager Laura Venker was a nightmare as she argued about everything and I think it became a game with her to see if she could dominate me. She was so nice when she was trying to get me to rent space but then turned very mean & difficult when I started having all the problems and voiced my complaints. I ended up having to go over her head to get matters resolved. I would advise anyone looking to rent office space to avoid Regus; otherwise you will be very sorry. I was not able to conduct my business at this location because of the extremely slow internet connection that did not work much of the time and then having to deal with the personnel, especially Laura Venker.
