How is this place still open? The service is absolutely atrocious(and somehow worse than the food). I work in the area and my entire office has decided to boycott this place because it is oozing with stupidity. We came today because it’s the only place open at this time, and we were again reminded why we don’t come here. We stood at the bar for about 10 min while the bartenders switched shifts/drawers. I was willing to be patient for that(as I also work in the service industry), but after they were done they paid out the guys at the bar and then bussed their area, and we’re still waiting. Also, another employee, which seemed to be a manager, sat there at the bar and watched us wait. So finally my friend says«we wanted to order something» and the bartender with grey/purple hair says«well we have servers now» OKAY– so she was just going to let us stand there and not say something??? I guess she didn’t want my tip. Best customer service I’ve seen! Anyway, we were lucky enough to get served one beer by the bartender, which ended up being«bad»(his words) as it had a questionable substance floating in it. If you’re in the area, save yourself from this disaster and spend your money at Havana. The service is roughly a million times better than Shitters.

The best part about Shooters is that it’s right outside the American Airlines Center, making it a convenient option for those who want to grab a drink or a bite to eat, rather than braving the mass post-event exodus. I ordered a g&t and two shrimp tacos, which were decent but not fantastic. If you’re hungry, they do serve food until 11, if I’m recalling correctly. The service was so-so, I had to flag my bartender down several times, even though I watched him pay attention to customers who arrived after me. Eh, whatever, dude. Overall, Shooters was fairly average but works in a pinch if you’re hungry or thirsty outside AAC.

I had no idea when i went to visit friends in Dallas id step foot in such an awesome bar. Shooters is located near the American Airlines Center and some girlfriends and i went waiting for a hockey game. Went to the bar where was helped by Shannon who was attentive, helpful and a breath of fresh air. Place was packed and he was able to multi task like only the best bartenders seem to be able to do. Girls and i did alot of drinking but we did order the Brookie Pie which was phenomenal. Great bang for your buck i will definitely stop by when im in dallas again.

I visited this location about 5 weeks ago. I went to a day party at Havana social club next door and some friends and I were hungry so we stopped by to see what they had to offer. *The place was basically empty *Only one waiter to assist. I know I said the place was basically empty but it was a Saturday. Management needs to be ready for anything. * They were out of about 25% on the things on the menu. The excuse was,” there was a mavericks game last night.” Well tell that to my growling stomach. I settled for a burger. *Service was extremely slow but we were drinking so I was patient. *My bacon burger arrived with no bacon. I had it sent back. * My burger took so long that I went to the kitchen. Yes you read that correctly. Well technically I wasn’t IN the kitchen. But a few steps outside of the kitchen. Close enough to where I see my burger just sitting there all alone. *My waiter shows up and tells me that«he is just one person.» He hands me my burger and I take it back to the table. * I take a bite of the burger and my mouth starts burning. Apparently the bacon is jalapeño bacon. I hate all things spicy. Yes I know I’m weird lol * So needless to say I was over it at this point. I just nibbled on some fries I expected more from a bar that’s right next to the American Airlines center.

What a find this place is. Directly nextdoor to the AAC. Very friendly staff & I found the food to be a great value. I would describe the food as excellent bar food.

The slow and low taco is delicious with slow cooked brisket that makes your mouth water! And I’ll be back as long as I get Tay Tay as a waitress! Love her!

Our waitress, TayTay, was one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. The appetizer and entrée she recommended was amazing and the service was great! She also recommended one of the best shots I’ve ever had, I’m coming here before every mavs game from now on! YOUGOTAYTAY!!!

The owner of this place is an idiot… Here’s an idea when you own a bar about FIFTEENYARDS from a stadium that houses not one, but TWO professional teams how about you have more than one server on hand. AND one that isn’t the rudest person alive. The first time I asked for a glass of water she looked at me like I wasn’t human the second time I asked I was ignored I finally got on the third try… I was the designated driver!!! I would have ordered food, but after that freakshow I think not. Also when you have an open kitchen don’t have an employee just standing in the open texting the entire time you have a packed house. Because OH I don’t know maybe because the game in the building next door had just finished.

I don’t give bad Unilocal reviews, ever. This place flat out sucks. Game day and you only have 1 waitress… And she is rude and incompetent. We asked for a hot chocolate and you flat put said«No.» We had to order a water 3 times. We ordered a vodka gimlet and her answer was«What the hell is that?» This is why we tipped the bus boy more than the waitress. Flat out awful. I will say the food wasn’t bad, but that doesn’t excuse the horrible service. Avoid this place on game day… Or ever.

Went there the other day with my friend and we sat in the patio area and waited a good 5 – 6 min til someone took care of us. We were towards the back and we can hear the servers talking loudly about how tired they were which was fine til they talked about feeling like throwing up which I think is ridiculous to even talk about especially at a food place. My friend and I always go here to eat before games at the AAC but after this day we don’t want to go back. The servers didn’t refill my drink til my drink was completely gone and only checked up on us once. It is understandable if it was busy but it wasn’t at all. The worst part, our wings were raw!!! After my friend and I took a bite we wanted to throw up. We don’t like to complain but when we told our server, he wasn’t really concerned. They took the wings off our tab but that was it. No managers came up to us or anything.

The only thing Shooters had going for it is location. The food is average at best. The waitress admitted to us that the menu is «embellished».

Great location, good selection, slow service. Use discretion with your time if going to a game or concert.

This owner discriminates! We bought food here while waiting in line to see the Donald Trump rally. First, the food here is bland, no originality what so ever. I would have given this place 2-Stars. But after what we witnessed he’s getting 1-Star. We went back to buy a soda to go… and he locked his front door. He didn’t want any Trump supporters in his restaurant. So if you support illegal aliens staying in this country and living off your hard earned dollar visit this place. But if you are tired of illegals STEALING from legal Americans… It’s time to vote with your dollars. Boycott this place.

I have to be honest, I don’t like to be lectured to about the beer that I «should» drink because it’s local. I would rather drink what I want(which is also local in that it’s Revolver B&H and brewed in Texas). Shooters only buys Dallas beer, which is a nobel cause, but if the customer wants something else, this bar is losing business. The W Dallas, Hooters and Victory Tavern all stock Revolver now, so Shooters needs to catch up or be in trouble of being left out altogether.

When we first walked in we were greeted by a woman try to sell us raffle tickets. She was hot, so I listened. As every guy probably did. After a minute I was over it though as she just wouldn’t stop. We went just before the Mavs game so it was a little busy but we were still able to find a table easily. The tacos were good! I definitely recommend the Texas BBQ Beef taco!!! They had a pretty okay range of beer choices but prices were high in my opinion. Much higher than they were worth. But I will say it’s a great pre game spot before the game.
