I had been a customer for a year and loved the results! Had problems getting on touch in the past, but eventually always got thru to them. Last visit up repurchases 250 $ worth of service. Made an appt twice, showed up and no one there. I have called for three to four months straight with no answer or service cut off not being able to leave a message. I basically have been robbed of 250 $. I have no idea what to do, but report to the BBB.
At a loss.
