I recently moved in and I’m a bit unamused at how the attitude of the staff has been since I have moved in. I guess I should have seen the signs in the casualness in initial contact. The manager makes me wonder if she understands and reads things as she responds at times without all the facts. I travel a lot of my job and the last thing I want to come home to is problems. I have never moved in anywhere and have over 5 things to report to have fixed. As I just returned home from a long week of work travel I find something still not corrected. I also found to my dismay bugs once I moved in. I’m hyper girly and I have a complete disdain for bugs.
The next issue is billing. I have had to call to have things corrected and today being rent time I noticed I was billed again for a fee that was paid upon me moving. However because of their idiotic system I had to pay the full amount or face a penalty for paying late. I hope that they do the right thing and make adjustments. I believe after my lease is up I will jet I don’t do well with catfished apartments.

I’ve been at Seville since September 2015 and I love it! My floor plan was exactly what I was looking for and I love the view from my patio. The neighborhood is so quiet yet close enough to the highway to where you can get anywhere in 5 minutes (without any of the traffic noises I might add). I’m really looking forward to seeing what other renovations are in the works.

Lived here for a year. There are better places in the area for the same price or less. I constantly heard my neighbors, smelled their pot, and had a constant fight with roaches (with constantly clean kitchen and all). My advice is go elsewhere.
Also keep in mind that their parking policy is 100% enforced 24 hours a day 365 days a year. If you leave your car out front for 30 seconds without a pass it WILL be towed.

This place is pretty okay for the price I’m paying. The buildings are old but the insides have been renovated well. The appliances are updated and all that. IMO the outside looks kind of depressing. My only real complaint is that the elevator at building A is slow, smells weird and sometimes doesn’t work at all. It sucks if you live on the 4^th floor.
I haven’t had problems with maintenance or the management though, but I’m not someone who asks for too much. The people who live there are pretty nice. The walls are pretty insulated too so you don’t really hear other people’s noises unless they go through the front door/​window.
Other than that, parking is pretty limited. If you want to have friends/​family over you have to use passes (which expire every few months) and if you want more than they give you (me and my roommate shared 2) you have to pay for them. So you have to make sure to get them back when your friends leave. If you like inviting lots of people over this may not be for you.
Also, all the entrances are locked. Some people like this but I thought it was a slight annoyance. You need a key to get into the parking behind the buildings also. If you have visitors you will have to go unlock the doors for them.

We stay here for now only because we have no other option right now. The manager here is very rude. We were outside our front door one day (we have a bottom floor apartment) and my husband was holding our six month old and maintenance were doing work on an apartment above us and they were just throwing big peices of debris from the 2^nd floor right above where we were standing and almost hit us! There is an elevator they could have used. My husband yelled up to them to watch what they were doing and then the maintenance man acted like he could not speak english (he was hispanic).
They are always mowing outide at like 7am after it’s been raining… waking everyone up.
When you complain about anything to the manager she just talks to you rude and acts like it’s your fault.
This place SUCKS! DONT MOVE HERE.
