Sam’s Club

Was up here last summer, and this Sams club had friendly employees and delicious hot dogs. Not in the best location though.

This location, I’m sure like many other Sam’s stores, could use some improvement.
I like the selection of food products, electronics, and personal hygiene products. The bakery area is good but they usually stick with the same stuff and rarely change.
I do like that they keep Skinny Pop in stock year round, that’s major to me lol
Oh and the fuel discounts are really good.
What I don’t like: they only keep a few lanes open so lines are long and you feel like you’re in line for a ride at Six Flags.
So far I haven’t had an issue with an employee. I can tell someone hasn’t nailed the scheduling yet because it looks like they’re always shorthanded.
Overall, it’s OK. It’s nothing like a Costco experience however it will do.

This store is located in the ghetto and many of the employees are either in a work release program or working towards their GED. I was there on June 26 & July 2. Both days the check-​out lines were so long that I left my items in the cart and left the store. Why is the management allowing this to happen. On another occasion I wanted to purchase a cell phone. There were 3 ladies trying to resolve a problem a few feet away in the jewelry department. I asked if someone could get someone to help me. After waiting for 15 minutes, I walked away frustrated and disappointed. PLEASE clean up this mess, I will stop there one more time before getting a refund on my members. Russell

Wait in line for over 30 minutes EVERY TIME I GO no matter what time of day it is! I go about once a weak and always dread it. Rude customer service. LINES ARE TOO LONG!!!

This is a horrible store. Can never get help. Went to buy a TV and the person didn’t speak English. Got it from Amazon cheaper and free shipping. The parking lot is scary. They have a security officer, but it’s just for show. They set in their car and eat and drink. When there is a problem they say call the police and will not move. It’s danargous. Advise to find another location.

I have no idea who management is at this location, but they should be fired. My husband works in Southlake and I shop at the Sam’s Club out there-​compared to this location is as different as night & day, Summer & Winter, up & down. This location is by far the worst location I’ve EVER been to in my life. The lines are WAY too long EVERY time I’m in there. I spend more time in line waiting to checkout than I do shopping for my items. The «friendly» employees are few & far between. The concession area is the worst of anything. The employees that worst in there are so incredibly lazy and sorry I’d like to punch them in the face. The last 8 times I’ve taken my son in there we’ve asked for a hot dog (my son absolutely LOVES them) and EVERY single time they «claim» to be out. So whoever is doing their ordering is sorry or they just don’t want to fix the hot dogs. I think its the latter. Out in Southlake, they already have the hot dogs pre-​made and wrapped in the warmer. So when they sell them, they just hand it to you. I’m so sick & tired of this location. I wish they’d just shut it down all together. Hot dogs are not my only complaint, I promise. Another time it was raining so incredibly bad and my husband & son parked and was trying to go through the exit to get in, but the lady would not let them in. Even though my husband had his card in his hand. (That day there was a severe thunderstorm out that knocked power out in thousands of houses.) So I feel like she could have let them slide. I try my best to not go to this store. My upper management (i.e. District Manager) needs to fix the issues in this store. Please go elsewhere; it’s not worth your time. I wish I could give this negative stars, I would.

Worst location of all time, specially tobacco center had horrible service. & they are slow

One of the worst Sams locations by far. The parking lot is a maze of carts to navigate through. There is always a line at least 5 – 6 people deep to check out. The produce area is not kept clean. I avoid this location if possible.
