Over priced sales people who tried to xon me into doing a bunch of unneeded work…

This place cost too much! I should have call around before I let them do my plumbing.

I called them about a gas leak in my attic and they sent someone who was very unqualified. He had no idea what to do and mainly discussed my water heater. When I tried to show him where the leak was he then umm’d some more and gave me a price of $ 420 for a check. I then asked him to leave while I paid him $ 45 for the call. I then called the gas company who came out located the leak with a leak detector in 2 minutes and told me to get a plumber out to repair it. It may end up costing me more in the long run, but for the safety of my family I would pay more. The roto-​rooter plumber did not even address safety. I would never recommend them. I cannot believe I paid $ 45 for this worthless service call.

Unbelievably horrible service. I have a leak of 3.5 gallons a minute on a property. They didn’t show up when they originally said, and then showed up without a leak detector. I had to beg them to go back the same day. They didn’t find the leak and we scheduled to meet out at the property the next morning. They no showed and I thought that they would fix the leak after business hours as we had discussed. They just never went out. Completely undependable and this is not the first time. I have had them out to snake the main on my shopping centers and they show up without a snake. I cannot understand how they are still in business.

I’m surprised this place is still in business! Got them to come to my home to fix a clogged pipeline from one of my bathrooms. They did all sorts of digging and found something wrong with my OTHER bathroom and decided to fix that instead (on their own of course, I was not kept in the loop about what they were doing to my home). And umm… STILL never fixed the one I called them for! Things ended with them calling a lawyer out because we didn’t want to pay them for not fixing our problem! Will never do business with them again and they are are a horrible company. Ugh, it’s horrible how some companies will trick and deceive people into using their business.
