Regal Nails

I’ve just moved from Miami here to Dallas, and needed my nails done, how I ended up in Walmart I can’t tell you, but Nancy did an amazing job. I’m not going to lie being the only one there made me a little skeptical (I’m thinking where is the clientele?) but she took her time on my manicure/​pedicure (for $ 32 might I add) and im still going strong 2 weeks later. I will definitely be going back.

I love this place! I went today for the first time and I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical. A nail place inside a WalMart? It didn’t bode well.
I was immediately greeted when I walked in and I took a look at their prices — very reasonable for the area. After deciding and changing my mind, I was told it would be about ten minutes before someone could work with me. That was fine, so I picked out my nail polish and waited patiently. After a bit, the nail tech told me it would be about another five minutes, which was fine.
The customer before me was rude and threw her money at the nail tech before she walked out, so it had me wondering what she was so upset about. After sitting down, I realized that this gentleman was worth his weight in GOLD and this lady just must have been having a bad day.
Normally, I dread getting my nails done because the process is often very painful and my cuticles begin to bleed during the process, but when I let Mike know about it, he made sure to take care of me. I told him of previous experiences making my cuticles bleed and he informed me that those people must have been doing something wrong because he could certainly get me through the entire session without one bit of pain.
HE WAS RIGHT. The only thing I had to deal with was pressure on my nails, which I’m used to from all the filing/​buffing and applying the tips. Other than that, there was not one drop of blood shed, nor a single moment where I had to stop him because I was in pain. I was amazed!
The only thing that takes this down a notch is that I walked out with a few minor imperfections that will be easily remedied once I get my nails filled again. For the price though, I don’t mind a few minor things.
If you go, make sure you see Mike — he’s the best and he’s been at it for over ten years, so he knows what he’s doing!
