We took my fiancé’s ring here to get it resized. Talk with the gentleman up front and he was extremely courteous and professional. Have him the ring and he told us is be ready in 2 – 3 days. Quoted us 40 bucks to resize. Called us 3 business days later saying it was ready. Picked it up and paid the said 40 bucks. Got the ring home and it was still a little bug in her finger. Dropped t back off and he remembered exactly who I was, after once in the store. It was ready in another few days. They did he second resizing for free.
This shop knows exactly how to treat their clientele. Whenever I have other jewelry needs they will be the first, and probably only, place I visit

Awesome awesome awesome. World-​class service. Had to get my wife’s engagement ring fixed and dumbly went to Jared jewelers because it was closeby — quoted me almost $ 400 because they said a part had to be replaced. Luckily I found Ralph Austin’s on Unilocal — they say it can be fixed instead for $ 40 and that was exactly what it cost. And at no additional cost they added two additional prongs to make sure the issue didn’t happen again. Don’t even shop around — for Jewelry repair — go right to Ralph’s they WILL take care of you!

My only complaint is that they told me it would take 2 – 3 weeks to make my custom bands and they took almost 9.
Other than that, my custom rose gold wedding bands are absolutely perfect. I’d go to them again in a heartbeat for anything I need.

I took my wedding ring + a delicate gold necklace in for repair and had them resize a silver ring. They finished in two days and only charged me what they had quoted me (around $ 75 for all the work). A competitor had quoted me $ 60 to fix just the setting of my wedding ring! I was very pleased and am glad I have a jeweler I can trust.

Had a ring I decided to clean. Commitment ring from husband anyway I dont know what I used but left it in solution too long. So when I take it out it cracks and diamonds fall everywhere. Nobody would touch it. So we take it to Mr Austin, he fixed it and was reasonable with pricing. It was long gone to me but now it is back. Thank you.

Repaired a vintage (early 60s) automatic Omega. Watch was completely broken and is now running well and looks great. Took a while, but the cost was very reasonable compared to what I would have paid Omega to do the same thing. Highly recommended.

Had a family heirloom (grandpas watch) that had been sitting broken in my nightstand for 4 years — took it to RA and he did a simple fix right in front of me, took 5 minutes and refused payment. Said it was easy. Not a ton of selection but as far as repair and service — place seems great to me!

I was having my wedding band made by a guy in Oklahoma, and I planned on using the stones from my fiancé’s mother’s old engagement band… but I needed to know the size of the stones.
Since I don’t have fancy jewel measuring things, I showed up at this little shop (that’s been in Lakewood something like 40 years) and he measured the stones for me without even rolling his eyes once, for no charge. I suppose you’re not in business for that long by being a douche. Thanks, y’all!
