These guys are fantastic: professional, prompt, great at communication, good at explaining what’s wrong/what they’re doing, and you feel like they’re not messing you around on price. They have a regular phone number, and an «emergency» number for Sundays, and someone will call you back right away.(They’re also great over email. Last year, we wanted to know if our unit had been damaged by a hailstorm. I emailed photos to Mohammad Gharbieh, and it turned out we didn’t need any repairs at that time). I was able to get an appointment quickly, and I had a work window of 9 am — 10 am(which I thought was pretty specific). Mohammad called to tell me(1) when my technician was on his way, and(2) what his name was. Jose was excellent, efficient, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, was able to explain what was wrong, and let me know how much the necessary replacement part would cost. He also observed that my compressor(outside unit) needed cleaning. I had been planning to schedule a separate maintenance appointment, but we were able to get it all done at once, and the total price was a bargain. I paid $ 55 for the diagnostic/service call/maintenance, $ 25 to do a chemical cleaning of the compressor(instead of just water, which is free with a maintenance appointment), and($ 125 — 10%, thanks to an Angie’s List coupon) for the new capacitor. The whole thing took less than an hour. They take all credit cards(including AMEX), which no additional change for cards. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will definitely be using them again.
