I needed to store some things for a few weeks until I could get into my new place. The gal that helped me was sweet as pie! She explained everything to me, showed me my unit before I signed anything, and I was able to take advantage of the $ 1 first month promo they were running. I would definitely do business here again.

First off let me start off by saying the young lady who helped me was great, excellent customer service, nice, fast, and patient. So this review isn’t for her I would have given her 5 stars. I only gave one star because the manager Jacob informed the young lady not to honor the Unilocal app «$ 1 for the first month» after I checked in. He informed her that they no longer honor those however it’s listed for this specific property if you check in. If it’s listed and not expired you have to honor it point blank. Don’t go here and try to use the promo on Unilocal they won’t honor it.

Shawn, the on site manager is lovely. Efficient, resourceful, thoughtful, polite. Property is clean and well organized. Don’t get the locked dumpster though.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. I worked with Gwen and she was awesome. The process was very quick and she helped set me up with exactly what I needed. The unit itself was very clean. They also have great specials for your first month. I would definitely recommend this place!
