I went in today with a small package for China — without even looking at it the clerk asked how much it was worth ($ 33), He then told me to «quit buying stuff on the internet» and proceeded to advise that I should just put it on the shelf that it was going to cost more to return it then the value. He then quoted a price of $ 39.90. So I went to the post office — $ 14.90. So I went back with the receipt. I told him I was concerned that he was ripping off the good people of Dallas. He told me that the package I had mailed from the US Post Office was «never gonna get there.» What a jackhat! Never, ever darkening the doorstep of this store and I advise the same.

DO NOT GO HERE…
All this place does is RIP YOU OFF… It’s one thing to make a profit on your business, It’s quiet another to take advantage of the locals here in DALLAS!
If you need to Fedex or UPS anything, Trust me… DRIVE To Salem to accomplish this task!
EXAMPLE: One Page Letter, Fedex’d should be around 32.00 (Per Fedex) Mark charged 56.00 … Lord knows what else he’s charging 1000% on!
Please do not tolerate customer service like this, Dallas deserves better!
