Gave this shop another go and had an awesome experience. The sales lady who worked with me and my mom could have got me to buy a roll of used toilet paper because she was that awesome. But I didn’t. I bought a whole bunch of embossing equipment! She was awesome.

This is one of my favorite stores. I design notecards and such for fun and staff are always helpful when I come in and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. This is a great place to go to find your own cards to print on or an already existing design. They used to charge for bags per city ordinance but that ordinance is no longer in effect.

I ordered my wedding invitations through Paper Source and the week they were supposed to arrive in the mail, I called to get shipping information and I found out THEYNEVERPLACEDTHEORDER!!! So now it is about 2 months before the wedding and I do not have wedding invitations. The only thing Paper Source has offered was an alternative invitation that can be printed faster and at a 25% discount, but will still be delivered late. Do NOT use this company!!!

This place is terrible and only getting worse. I understand now why they opted for the cheaper rent upstairs at northpark. Now they charge for you to have a bag to carry out all their products. My wife spent over $ 100 buying their stuff. When they asked her if she wanted a bag she told them yes and they charged her .25 cents for a bag. How freaking cheap do you have to be? Your stuff is over charged anyways. Get it together!

Visited the store in its new location. Completely empty except for its three employees. One may have been a manager, a tall, awkwardly built gothic looking woman looked at me and immediately turned her head. The reddish brunette with glasses asked me if I needed help but not in a she-truly-cared-way. The other employee was too busy with something else to utter a word but she was chatty with the other two. I’ve shopped here when they were on the other side of the mall near Macy’s and received great customer service. Today was so bad I might not go back. Maybe Papyrus will be happy to take my money for graduation invitations, their energy is better. Bottom line, ignoring a customer when you’re busy is moderately understandable, but when your store is empty, you have no excuse. Thumbs down.

I had no intentions of buying a card today when I came into this store, but I thought I might as well check it out to see what I can find. I saw two cards that reminded me of some people so I bought it so I can send it out. I looked around some more, they have gift wrap, monogram stamps, colorful pen, stationary, and even a small clearance section! I was greeted when I immediately came in but no one asked me if I needed any help, which I was fine with. Prices for cards a bit up there, my range of what I bought was from $ 3-$ 5

I drove around all of Dallas looking for a pearl and champagne card stock for invitations. I look for paper from 3 different JoAnne’s, 2 Michael’s stores, and couple others around town and ended up here. I was thrilled to find that not only did Paper Source have everything I needed(and more) but they were so organized and fairly priced. We only spent $ 6 for a pack of 10 glittered card stock sheets. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for any paper to check this place out. Great for invitations, cards, specialty wrapping paper, and more. You can not go wrong here!

I used this place to purchase the paper to print my wedding invitations. They have a great selection of paper, including many shades of white that will fit your need. The staff was helpful in teaching certain techniques with embossing and invitation folds. The paper was also very affordable, I was surprised I only ended up paying $ 30 for all the different size paper I needed for an invitation that consisted of 3 components. I definitely recommend this place and I will be using them as my paper stock supplier for future events.

Elyse is awesome and was very helpful on our multiple visits on our quest for the perfect wedding invitations. Four stars for her service alone. Online ordering not so good since there still is a delivery charge even if we ordered in bulk(delivery is supposed to be free if you order bulk).

Beautiful papers, invitations, notecards. Unique and easy craft kits. The store is full of ideas, with great workshops and ‘how to’ classes.

I love this store. I first went in to look for baby shower invites. The person who assisted us was INCREDIBLE and very helpful and friendly! She offered tons of options and showed me and my friends how to make our own with the cool stamps and colors. If you are into arts and crafts, you will love this store. It’s located in North Park Mall and it has lots of small gift idea items as well. My fiancé and I went in and bought more stamps for our wedding save the dates.

My fiancée and I came here to look at wedding invitations and left angry. There was already a couple looking at the books so one of the workers was occupied, so we sat down at the table next to them and looked ourselves. After 20 minutes, the other 3 girls that worked there did not even ask us if we needed help or even said hi to us. We went to the back and looked at some of their paper selections and 2 times one of the girls walked right past us and didn’t even acknowledge us. She did say hi to the lady standing next to us. So after 30 minutes we decided to leave and again, the girl up front didn’t even say anything to us. You have cool products but your workers suck so we will not be spending time or money here.

Your stop for your paper creation needs. I love this store simply because they offer classes to make invitations and sell so much paper and stamps. You can’t buy too much stuff there that is premade, but they still do have some stuff. They always have sales and really the greatest part is the classes. You want to be able to emboss or learn the difference between thermography and engraving. You can come to Paper Source. The prices are standard. You can buy sheets by the singles and you can also discuss with employees about creating your own wedding invitations. The only downside is there wasn’t more locations within a reasonable traveling distance.

You know all those fabulous soirees you keep throwing? Well, I’ve never been invited. Maybe it’s because you have never been to Paper Source for invitations. Yeah, that’s probably it. Well, next time you should stop off at Paper Source and look at their beautiful, cute, creative invitation collection. Oh what, you like to make your own? Well, you can pick out your own papers then, and choose from every envelope color and size imaginable. Maybe pick up some stamps, glitter, or rhinestones to add a little bling to the invite. You should probably purchase some thank you cards, as well, or maybe just a crafty greeting card for your hard-to-impress mother-in-law. Try not to get sidetracked by their impressive collection of novelty items– crafts for the kids, exquisite Japanese papers, whimsical books, journals, etc. Now, I better get invited to the next big party!
