It seems this Panda Express runs short of their main dishes frequently. Tonight doesn’t have a lot of traffic and the dishes are taking too long to make.

This is my second time to this location and I have been pleased both times. The first time the staff was a little chatty with each other. The second time they were out of Orange Chicken(my fav) BUT the manager was extremely nice and offered me samples of other items while I waited. Plus she comped my drink which she didn’t have to do. I only had to wait maaaaaybe 4 mins so not bad at all and it was worth getting the first from a fresh batch! Yummy!!! I would say fine tune the timing on keeping the entrees stocked and a lil lesson to the staff about excessive cross talk and they’ll get five stars from me!

Worst service I’ve ever had ordered online it was not ready server started the order she put Chow Mein in the styrofoam I ordered White Rice she dumps Chow Mein back and puts in the rice without changing the container 15 minute later she says there out of Orange Chicken after I watched a guy in line take the last of it finally said forget and asked for my credit card to be refunded they had to get a manager he didn’t even offer to make it right just handed me a receipt I bet they poured my order back in to serve to someone else !!!

Not what I would call authentic chinese but it is ok for a chain. The only dish I like here is the orange chicken with fried rice. Nice and clean fast food place thay is good when you are in a hurry.

The Sig-O seems to love Panda Express! I have no complaints about it, except sometimes the entrees aren’t the freshest and they don’t like to hear you say«fresh batch please» either. But hey, I’m eating and paying for it, why can’t I have it fresh? *shrugs* Our favorites are the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken — YUUUUM! They also are serving a brown fried rice option. I know, I know, it’s still fast food but at least they’re TRYING lol. This location also doesn’t skimp on the portion sizes – we easily can share a two-entrée to-go plate. This location doesn’t have a drive thru so you have to get out and go in which at times is annoying because the line awkwardly goes into the dining area of the place and I hate standing next to people while they’re eating — and vice versa! There aren’t that many quick – in/out eating places in this particular area so I’m happy that we have something that we can run to in the event that we both forget to take something out to cook for dinner lol

For a new location, it sucks! The food isn’t kept fresh and if you ask them to make a fresh batch, they get pissy! I normally like Panda Express but this franchise needs new leadership and employees! This will not be a regular stop for me. Even though it is 2 blocks from the house, I’d rather drive to a better locale!

Looking for a quick meal and Chinese food? Panda Express is the place. It’s hard to find a good Chinese restaurant in the Love Field area. But there’s a new Panda Express in the area and for fast food Chinese, its appealing good with a great price point. The portions are truly good for lunch. You get to choose your side items; noodles, rice, or veggie, which is larger than most side dishes at other restaurants, then you pick two or three entrées. I tried the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef with Fried Rice and a Chicken Egg Roll. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavors, they were bold. I’m hoping the other entrées are equally flavorful and that is not just a new opening thing. If the food stays on par, this will be a great place to get a quick meal for the price.
