Food is fine. Staff is minimum wage employees with little encouragement. Thus we get that awful attitude. They have changed a little but not much. Would love to see more staff committed to customer service and satisfaction.

Arrived at 1110am, was told steamed brown rice was cooking and would take 15 minutes while steamed white rice would take 45 minutes. This is ridiculous, you open at 11am, meaning the rice should already be cooked and ready to serve. I ended up not buying anything.

If I could describe their service it would be two words: slow and rude. I waited 15 minutes before the rice was done then when I noticed other people with rice he said wait on the teriyaki chicken! I’m am so disappointed.

Do not go here. The food is about what you would expect from any Panda. It’s good for the price but the employees that have taken our order the last two times were horrible. They seem put out that they were expected do their job. My wife asked for one of them to repeat what they said and the employee repeated herself in such a rude tone. Just make the drive to Panda in Cedar Hill. We have never had a problem with them.

Egg rolls over cooked to the point of disintegrating. Chow mein noodles undercooked and the walnut shrimp was NOT the awesomeness I’ve had in the past. All teenagers running the place. No adult manager to be seen. Very bad experience.

Nothing was outstanding: the product was warm but just barely, the staff was nice enough, and the food was okay. If I was looking for a good meal, I’d have been sorely dissapointed. But for a quick stop before my next hour on the road… it worked out fine. I just wish the rice had been tended to a little more. It was dry, way to dry, but editable.

This is the second time I had tried this restaurant because I am originally from Lafayette, LA and we do not have this restaurant down there. I was not as impressed by the food as I was with the plate from this location. The food was fresh, tasty, and left me wanting more. Even though this is a Chinese food«chain» it definitely hit the spot when I was unable to find«authentic» Chinese food. I had the sweet fire chicken breast, chicken egg roll, and fried rice. **Delish** I will be visiting this specific location again!

This is a chain with a drive through and focusing mainly on take out, but for what it is it’s pretty good. The system is fairly simple. You get one side and one to three entrees. The sides are white or brown steamed rice, fried rice, or steamed vegetables. The entrees are about half the normal Chinese fare, and about half their own concoctions. Both groups are very good. The setup inside is like a cafeteria. They will let you sample a small spoonful of the entrees to see if you like it before you order. Not the best Chinese I’ve ever tasted, but still very good. My favorites are the Beijing Beef and the Sweetfire Chicken. Both are fairly spicy, so keep that in mind.
