This location is NEVER open. I showed up at 7:30 on a Thursday night and it was closed. I went at 8 am on Saturday and it was closed. I went at 10pm on a Wednesday– closed. All other Palm Beach locations in Dallas are open until 11. The one time I actually did manage to get a spray tan at this salon, the staff was rude and the towels were on the floor, not to mention that there was water dripping from the top of the mystic booth, and left streaks on my arm. I am a huge fan of Palm Beach Tan but definitely NOT this location.

This place has gone downhill since Michelle left. She was so nice and helpful! I recently un-​froze my membership at the beginning of Spring so that I could start tanning. It is totally off-​putting to be charged over $ 75 for a bottle of LOTION before they will let you tan. And then be made to feel like you are some type of cheapskate because you comment on how insanely expensive the lotion is. (And I didn’t even buy the most expensive bottle.) So, I bought the bogus overpriced lotion and was going to start tanning again. But that lotion-​sales-​pitch left such a bad taste in my mouth, that I just didn’t want to give my business anymore to Palm Beach. So I cancelled my account and am going to try somewhere else for a change. I’m sorry to have to do that, but the principle of it all just really bugged me and makes me not want to give my business to a shop like that.

This place is getting run down and is too expensive! $ 45 for one Versa tan? Ridiculous! You can get a unlimited Versa membership for $ 49 at other places. I contacted the person who commented below and they did not honor anything she mentioned! What a joke! They are still $ 45 for ONE spray tan.
