Maybe it’s this particular location or maybe it’s the franchise, but what used to be a great ‘go to’ place has lost its charm. Like totally. Sub-par food, mediocre(read slow, slovenly and sullen) service. Dirty tables. Will not be returning in a hurry. Very disappointed.

I don’t know if it’s me, but I expect WOK cooked food to come out smoking hot… my Pad Thai was tepid at best. Generous helping of shrimp. Lettuce wrap was way too salty to suit my palate, so thumbs down on that. The«Great Wall of chocolate » is a gourmand’s delight, raspberry sauce was awesome. Hot and sour soup was tepid as well, kinda slow to come out. Wait staff help full and attentive. Overall average fast food experience. Pei Wei better value.

This PF Chang’s is super slow on service. I came with a group of coworkers for our hour lunch break. The restaurant wasn’t packed, it was more of a moderate day. We received our food in 40 minutes and we had to speed eat. The bartender was not attentive of us, and did what we asked her to do within 10 minutes or more. We asked to split the checks, and she did not split them at all. She also forgot the pen. We were late to our shift and did not get our refill drinks to go. Moral of the story: do not come here!

Flawless! Cindy gave us exceptional service with a positive and friendly attitude! Even the food runner was smiling! To start, we had the squash dumplings — amazing! Then a ginger mojito with Buddha Feast(broccoli, asparagus, carrots, mushrooms, tofu, and rice). The manager came by and chatted us up, which is always lovely. We talked more than the usual ‘How is everything? Great, enjoy, bye!’ She offered me a complimentary bday dessert, which I politely declined in lieu of the delicious chocolate torte, but was graciously given a discount for anyway. It was a wonderful birthday dinner and I intend to return very soon!

This location had considerably smaller portion than any other locations we’ve been to. The staff was clueless. Didn’t bring the order in time and the food was cold.

I have been a faithful customer of this location for many years. However, my experience last night has turned me off to this location. I was part of a large party having dinner together and realized this morning that I did not get my card back at the end of the meal. Another person in my group made the same realization. While it is somewhat suspicious for two persons in the same party to have missing cards, the manager basically told us that they don’t have our cards but that he «would investigate.» The overall attitude was one of indifference. I am unimpressed with the lack of concern or urgency and will think twice before returning to this location.

Haven’t been to a PF Changs in a few years and while on a business trip decided to have dinner at the locations closest to my hotel. It wasn’t a busy night and I was seated very quickly, then I thought I had become invisible. It took way too long to be greeted by my server and just get a drink order placed. I later found out that it was probably due to the waitress being fairly new to the profession and had just gotten out of training a few days before. So I’m not holding that against anyone. Once she was able to get to my table and get my initial order the night went along great. She ended up being a very friendly and attentive waitress. The food was as good as I remembered so all in all even with a little of a rocky start, it was an enjoyable evening with good food.

Yuahna waited on us eventually when she finally came over to our table after 10 minutes. When we ordered our soup and entrée, the entrees were delivered 45 seconds after the appetizers arrived. The manager came by and we shared our concerns and I watched her speak to the waitress however we still continued to have to ask for refills of our ice tea… we ordered 3 entrees that were spicy. .checking our ice tea and water should be conscious. I love P.F. Changs and do not know if it was that they have too many staff round that they are loosing where they need to go. When we finally got our check, we did get our soup comped however only did we notice this by looking at the check… no acknowledgement from the staff. Poor costumer service indeed.

We have been here for about 40 minutes there has consistently 9 to 10 open tables and they can’t seem to seat people! Our server Sabrina is fabulous though

Oh my goodness, I love you PF Changs!!! I admit, I was never much of a fan. I dislike chain Asian restaurants and aim more for the mom and pop feel. I like the whim of the chef to decide what veggies to throw in. And frankly, I find PF Changs waaaaay overpriced. I could go into a Chinese restaurant in a strip mall and get twice as much food for half as much. So why the good review? You have a gluten-free menu in your regular menu, and it is set aside in its own section. You have a written reminder to tell your server you are ordering gluten-free. Sure, a note that«this item is available gf» under a normal menu item may work, but it risks confusion. Not only that, but the GF meals are prepared differently. For instance, the lemon chicken is breaded with a GF flour. The chances of the chef pouring a gluten-laden sauce over a chicken breast he had to specifically grab from a special container is much less. GF meals are served on special plates. They are prepared with clean utensils and in clean pans. They also have a flourless chocolate some dessert that will convince you that there is no sadness in the world. Our server was amazing! My husband asked for hot mustard and chili sauce– when she brought them to the table she informed me that they were gluten-free. She also told me the fortune cookies were not. I knew that, but her care was very much appreciated. My food was delicious, by the way. A few things I wish– fresh spring rolls would be great! Lower prices of course. And I really wish we lived closer than 3 hours away! It feels so good to be taken seriously with my disease. Being able to order normal food without feeling like I’m editing my order to death is an amazing feeing. This is why you have such a high review from me. I’ll be out of town again next week and I am eager to try another dish. Thank you SO much!

Jorge was the waiter we had last night very friendly and personable he gave his suggestions on the menu he new what was on the menu!!! Bonus points there is nothing worse than asking your server what is in something and they don’t know up from down. We had a kale and quinoa dip with wonton chips that was amazing I’m not a Chinese food fan so I had the lobster & abandoned role it was really good!!! Everyone enjoyed their meal. We had a group of 7 and a table with a lazy Susan on it which was really nice for the appetizer sharing.

Honestly, PF Changs gets a bad rap from the ‘I need my Chinese food to be authentic’ crowd, but it isn’t a bad restaurant. It’s not authentic Chinese food, but they deserve more than the three and a half stars they have on Unilocal.Every time I’ve gone the food has been fresh, plated beautifully, and it’s always consistent, and the servers are friendly and attentive. PF Changs was the first place that I was introduced to Lettuce wraps, and their version will always have a place in my heart.

Trying to catch up on my reviews, it’s been awhile since I was at P.F. Changs. Took my roommate here for her birthday dinner in late September. Wonderful food and great service. Our waiter was no only helpful with all my questions and gluten free options but returned to the table often to fill water and see if anything was needed. Even the maître’d stopped by twice to thank us and make sure we were being well taken care of. Gluten free items are available but not a lot of them. I had my favorite Singapore noodles and we started our meal with the chicken lettuce wraps which I could have made a meal out of. It was very very good! Good food & good service in a lovely atmosphere made me completely forget I was eating at a Mall restaurant. Definitely a special occasion Chinese food place! Oh and valet parking is validated so you just need to tip the valet. Big plus in my book when I don’t have to look for a parking place and hoof it a half mile.

Let me start this review by saying that in 2013 I posted a review that the ingredients at this location had changed for the worse and I didn’t plan on ever coming back to PF Changs ever again. To my surprise the restaurant read my review and asked that I return to check out the new changes. I was skeptical at first, but they offered to send me a gift card so I had nothing to lose right? I am so glad I gave PF Changs another try. When I arrived the service was good as usual. For starters, we ordered the orange ginger edamame and the shrimp crunch roll. They both were absolutely delicious. For dinner we ordered the orange chicken, Singapore street noodles and the Korean bbq chicken. Every single dish was absolutely amazing. For drinks we had the organic agave margarita, sake, and the Asian pear mojito. All of the drinks were good, but the organic agave margarita was my favorite. My visit to PF Changs was great. The service, food and drinks were all absolutely amazing. PF Changs you have truly redeemed yourself and I will see you soon!

Whenever Im at the mall I always have to stop in here to eat. Its convenient and a nice way to break up a shopping trip. Its a pretty popular place especially on the weekend so prepare to wait a bit. For anyone with a gluten allergy, they have a gluten free menu available with tons of options. My favorite is the spicy chicken. Its lightly spicy with a sweet taste to it. Their lettuce wraps are a must if you’re looking for an appetizer to start. Sometimes Ill even order them as my meal. Service tends to be a bit spotty. This last time I went our waiter kept forgetting to bring us things such as the bottle of wine we ordered. Then the food came out at different times as opposed to our table getting the main course all together. We ended up spending about two hours there due to waiting on food or waiting on food to be recooked because one plate had sat in the back for so long. Overall its a nice place. I wouldnt recommend it for a date. There tends to be a lot of families that go so it gets pretty loud in there. The food is great and the service is ok. Definitely worth stopping in if you’re hungry when shopping at the mall.

I feel like this location is always on top of their game when it comes to getting people in and out. I never feel hurried but I do feel like they take pride in their seating times. The hostesses seem to coordinate well. We were seated within 25 minutes on a busy Saturday night. We were able to order cocktails and an appetizer pretty quickly. We ordered a pear mojito and the organic agave margarita.(I love their margarita! One of the best on the rocks) We also ordered the fried green beans, which are always a hit with us. We also enjoyed the shrimp hand roll. It was prepared well and came out quickly. For dinner, we had the shakin beef, orange peel ginger edamame, and the dynamite shrimp. I was a fan of all of it. The beef surprised me a bit. It was super tender and excellent cuts of meat. There was plenty of sauce and veggies to mix with it. The dynamite shrimp were plentiful for a small plate and had just enough crisp. The orange ginger edamame was a little oily for me, but the flavor was right on! The orange and ginger complimented each other very well. Lastly, we had two dessert wontons which were the perfect size! Just a bite of sweetness to send you on your way. My favorite was the vanilla cream. It was jut sweet enough to hit the spot. Overall, I feel like this location works really hard to make sure you are happy with your food, drinks and service. My husband was a little hesitant to try the pear mojito, but the waiter urged him to try it and he would return it if he did not like it. He actually loved it. I can’t wait to see what PF Chang’s will add to their menu next!
