NRG Pros

I learned about NRG Pros on my neighborhoods Nextdoor social media site as they have been doing insulation in my area. They are a approved contractor for the Oncor «Take a Load Off Texas» program. I called NRG Pros to come out for an estimate. The owners Loi and Vivienne came over to give me an estimate. They were kind and very knowledgeable about the Oncor program and what needed to be done. Since I have a gas and electric home I had to pay a small fee. He did not ask for any money up front.
A few days later Loi and the crew came out to my house to start the work. His crew was clean and professional. While Loi started the paperwork with me his crew started to get to work. They took off their shoes and were very careful to watch the garage since it had to be opened. The work took about 3 hours. They explained to me everything that they were doing in the process. They were very careful of any dressers or chairs they had to move to get to the windows.
I would recommend NRG Pros to anyone who wants to take part of the «Take a Load Off Texas» program. They were honest, above the board, clean and professional.
