well, here is my follow up for Neinast salon … or neiNASTY salon is more like it. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time going to this stuck up salon. If you do make an appointment, and have a living social coupon, i would suggest lying about having it. Not only did they cancel my first appointment on the day of, they also canceled my 2nd appointment ONTHEDAYOF and when I went to the website to reschedule, and the earliest i could schedule was in 3 weeks. I called living social as well and got a refund. This salon has really disappointed me and I am on a mission to make sure anyone who will listen… will know exactly how I was treated by this salon. I bar-tend at a bar in uptown Dallas and meet A LOT of new people everyday(people love to drink). Well, I know exactly what they will be hearing about when I am asked«how I am or how is my day.»

Tried to use a Living Social Voucher that directed me to call a phone number that rang to someone’s cell phone who didn’t answer. The voice mail was the standard voice mail. So, I looked up the salon’s phone number. The receptionist was quite rude and directed me to some web site to schedule an appointment. A web site where I couldn’t even find the link that had anything to do with Living Social or Neinast Salon. Anyways, way too much of a hassle and with such rude service, I thought better to just get a refund. Living Social honored it immediately.

I echo Lainey’s review re: Living Social Mani Pedi. Mine took 2 hours as well, but i didn’t even get polish on my finger nails. I asked for a buff and didn’t get it. My nails were a mess! There was virtually no massage and the girl kept answering the phone the whole time. Oh, and she shaved so much skin off my feet that after an hour wearing flip flops, i had huge blisters and had to spend the rest of my weekend on the beach in tennis shoes. Awful! And to think this girl was trying to build cllientele. Eek, methinks not for sure!!!

Normally, it’s a $ 30 manicure and $ 60+ pedicure. With my Living Social coupon, it was $ 35 total. That discount was also reflected in the quality of the service. The manicurist was nice enough – but it was a TWOHOUR mani/pedi. With a 5 minute(total) massage. Pros: I didn’t have to do it myself. Individual rooms provided quiet privacy. Cons: without the coupon, I would have paid $ 90+, then tip, for what I could have had my husband do at home(and he’s easily bribed for a longer massage!). Perhaps if you’re a fancy Dallas socialite, 2 hours and cash is easily come by. I, however, have other things to do.
