I used this location for 20 days. On 6÷18÷15 my unit had the lock cut off and many items stolen. I found out there had already been 5 storage spaces broken into during the week. Kandice Furnace is the manager and she did not care. I asked to check to see the surveillance video and she said she didn’t know how to operate it. I asked her to check the entry codes and she said she couldn’t. DONT store your stuff here.

They are extremely helpful and understanding. Micheal was great and so is the new manager!!! She is very kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

The site employee, Michael, was very accommodating for not only me, but others who were arriving after closing time. He could’ve turned them away but continued to assist them. This is great customer service! I’d recommend.

I’ve got a storage unit here and have for about a year. The facility is small with not a whole lot of room to maneuver, but is well secured with 10+ cameras and only one access gate. The location is centrally located at 635 & 75. The units are older and they say they are in the process of updating. I continue to use them because for the location it is CHEAP! I only pay about $ 60 a month for a 10′ X 14′ unit. I’ve had a better unit it that was larger and not much more than $ 5 extra a month but it was way down in Seagoville and other units I looked at in the area wanted $ 10+ for a 10′ X 10′.
