What has happened to your food? I was looking forward to going to the airport to get a burrito but my ground beef burrito is awful. You should call it a chili burrito, there is SO much chili powder. There is so much salt I can barely choke it down. If I hadn’t just paid $ 10 and run out of time to get something else, I would throw this away! I’ve never had such a bad experience at Moe’s before!

The food was as expected, but having to pay full price for a refill? No thank you! I’ll do business with someone else.

The one I have been is located in the Dallas Love Field Airport. I ordered a nacho dish while I was waiting for my transit flight to LGA. They were letting me to put whatever they had to my nacho, but extra for tofu or avocado. My nacho order was okay. The order was big, and the price was affordable. I had half of it as my dinner in the airport, and the other half of it as my midnight snack in the hotel that I stay. Personally, I think Moe’s Southwest is a good place for Mexican food.

Food was decent but customer service was lacking big time. Bad attitudes and eye rolls. Snarky comments and misplaced order. I don’t want to feel like an inconvenience when I’m paying for food.

One employee at front. We wait and wait and the she said, it will be quite a wait so we all went to the BBQ place next to Moes! 5 people loose! Employees looked unhappy and unwilling to be helpful. This is a mayor down for Moes. And it is in a n airport!!!

There was a long line, they were out of queso, out of taco shells, the working environment was super dirty and slow. They employees did not seem happy. I will end up throwing most of the food away which is such a waste. Sadness. Be forewarned.

Not sure why everyone is bashing this place. Go thru a lot of airports and this is actually some quality food. I got the breakfast bowl with chicken and eggs and was very happy with everything. Will definitely come back next time I’m at Dallas Love

Bunch of crooks. I asked for a cup of water. She went to give me this huge 32oz cup and I asked for something smaller and told her I only wanted a little. I only have one or two sips during my meal. She gave me a smaller cup and filled it with tap water. Then she charged me $ 1 for it and didn’t even say anything! I didn’t even notice until I saw the receipt. How are you going to charge for that and not tell someone?! This is just wrong. Terrible.

Way below par for this concept. Last time I was there for breakfast, no coffee(it’s icky anyway said the cashier) and no napkins. Generally dirty. Food is over-cooked and steam table tired. Lots better choices at the airport.

I just had the worst encounter at the Moe’s at Love Field. The guy who was putting extras on my salad put jalapeños on it instead of the olives I had requested. No big deal, but I don’t like jalapeños in a salad and now it’s all over the salad. I told him I had asked for olives and not jalapeños. He starts yelling at me that I ordered jalapeños. I said I didn’t, so he hollered«the customer is always right so you didn’t say what I heard you say!!» It was incredibly embarrassing. I’ll definitely never go there again.

Seems like they never have a taco bowl for the salad. Salad uses shredded lettuce they use for tacos. Service was crappy and salsa bar was messy and empty. Never again.

It was my first time trying Moe’s. I had a breakfast burrito. No issues with the service as the gentlemen was helpful and smiled; however, the food was borderline bland. Had to add some salt and lime juice for flavor as it left my tastebuds wanting more. I’ll probably just stick to the more popular chains to satisfy my burrito needs.

I enjoy Moe’s… This location however, not so much. You can tell the workers don’t enjoy their jobs. How could you. They are overworked and under staffed. This location is busy. Salsa was gone, serving stations were filthy and lines never ended. They could never catch up. No smiles, no happiness, no chips. Very dull location.

Not the worst thing ever but for sure not the best. Line was empty and it still felt like a struggle for the girl working behind the counter. We were there a little early so maybe they were just getting started. Overall food was ok. I will update this review to 1 star if I get sick. This place would be out of business if there was a chipotle anywhere near here.

If you are in the airport terminal and need a sort of healthy meal, then check out Moes. It has another Chipotle feel to it where you pick your meat, beans, rice and salsas. I got the Home wrecker with all the fixings for a mere $ 7.99.Which is nothing for airport prices. It will keep you full since the peanuts they give you on the plane will not tie you over until you reach your destination.

This has to be the single worst Moe’s experience in my life. I’m from Atlanta and enjoy Moe’s. There a decent mid-tier player in the burrito wars. The fact Moe’s corporate allows this restaurant to exist is an embarrassment. I don’t know if it’s corporate, a franchise, or a licensee(I’m thinking licensee due to the no coupon sign) The restaurant was chronically understaffed, it takes 5 – 6 employees to run a decent Moe’s and they had two. They ran out of chips and were having to race to fry them, but would the charge customers more if they just wanted an extra tortilla. The counters were dirty and the«burrito chef» used the same pair of gloves for the entire 20 minutes we stood in line. We were then rewarded with lukewarm food and poorly cooked chips that were rushed to made. They need to get this fixed ASAP!

Not that great; about like Taco Bell. I feel a little sick. They look like they want to be Chipotle with their burrito bar but it’s not anywhere close to being Chipotle. And they charged $ 2.20 for a bottle of Dasani water, lol

This is a review of the«Homewrecker» burrito with half-ground beef, half-chicken. Imagine Taco Bell’s burrito supreme. Now make it 30% bigger. Take away a little bit of the cheese and add a thin layer of guacamole to the inside. Maybe decrease the lettuce a little bit. Give it the option of black beans. BAM, you’ve got a Homewrecker. I really didn’t enjoy the chicken part of it, but I thought the ground beef was pretty yummy. Obviously Chipotle is better, but this is airport food and I was desperate. Now moving on to the chips/salsa. It’s nice that the chips and salsa come with each burrito, but wow was the salsa poorly stocked. When I was there at 5PM on a Saturday, only 1 out of the 4 salsa bowls had any salsa left, there were no little plastic condiment cups, and the salsa I got was awful and slightly bitter. I’m not a picky guy at all and I was shocked to find a salsa I flat-out didn’t like. The salsa did look old so maybe that was my mistake… On a good note, the seating is very clean and well lit. I also thought that $ 8 for a burrito and chips was a decent price compared to other overpriced airport vendors.

First time going to a moes… I think chipotle is better personally. They were out of food and the counters were dirty, then again I’m at the airport but I don’t see a big difference in moes compared to the other tex mex fast food places we have. Wouldn’t recommend.
