We loved this place. They use farm fresh ingredients and everything tastes delicious. The décor is modern and inviting. Last time we went we got pizzas with prosciutto on them. Tasted just like the prosciutto pizza I’ve had in Italy.

Very average dinner, the corn beacon pizza was underwhelming as was the green chicken chili.

I find this to be a cross between Panera and Café Express. They seem a little impressed with themselves– but pretty healthy food and good portioning. I had a half sandwich and half pizza and shared a Kraft of wine with my friend. Nice healthy options, however parking was horrible so I don’t think I will be rushing back.

This place is pretty great if you’re into the organic food thing. Lots of fresh healthy options to choose from. I had a green chicken chili and a wintergreen salad. It was very filling. I woke totally return here.

Sometimes the good thing about Dallas being in North Texas is that it’s much closer to Colorado than we could be otherwise in other parts of Texas. This Denver-import is proving to be popular in the area for providing affordable food that is both tasty and healthy. What’s interesting is that the pricing in the menu is for plates that come with two sides but you can order things a la carte — which is what I did — for a more affordable meal. Sides come out to be about $ 2 each, so if you wanted one side instead of two, just subtract $ 2 from the meal total. If the steak is priced at $ 14, you can get it for less — $ 12 with one side, or $ 10 by itself. But besides that, the steak, cooked medium(even though I ordered it medium rare) was well-seasoned and tasty, accompanied with au jus that was just perfect for it. The side of the Brussels sprouts with bacon consisted of small Brussels sprouts and they were good. The mashed potatoes was tasty and well-spiced. The portions were decent, and I had no complaint about this meal. And feel free to ask what’s in each of the plates — the person behind the counter is ready to answer and list every ingredients. And she has on hand an ingredient book to be sure. I thought it was great that they had this so people actually can know what’s inside their food. The menu itself lists the nutritional value of the meal as well. The atmosphere is a cool one. Très modern chic, with an airy feel and perfect for casual get-togethers. The ordering system is similar to Fuddrucker’s or Super Chix where you order at the counter and then you’re given this vibrating thing to let you know that the food is ready. Parking is plentiful, and there’s a gelato shop within walking distance for dessert if you wanted one.

I accidentally walked in here but thought I would try it out anyways. The ambiance is pretty cool. It’s very modern and clean. They maintain the place well. It can hold about 50 or so. You order at the counter when you walk in and they’ll buzz your pager when it’s ready. I got the Chipotle sandwich($ 10 for a whole). It came on a ciabatta that could have been softer but it wasn’t terrible. The meat quality was pretty good and not fatty. It comes with a pickle that was too salty for me. Overall I felt it wasn’t a great value. If it came with a side it would alleviate it somewhat. The M’Rita($ 5ish for half) and Bacon Corn($ 5ish for half) were good but super thin. Even my tiny lady friend was hungry afterwards. The workers were friendly and helpful and everyone was polite, but the overall value wasn’t that great but their prices are not too far off from other similar restaurants.

Got interrogated by the staff when I asked for sodium content in the meals, «why» «what do you need it for…». They were recommended as an option since they post nutrition info, but apparently not all of it. The cashier had to check with 3 others who all had to ask why. I, like many others, have a health condition limiting sodium intake, I just don’t think it’s a big deal for them to say«no, sorry.» They made it super awkward! Went to vertskebab next door(where they have that info and don’t care why). **No thanks Anthony, but it felt rude and awkward, not helpful.

Came here with 5 friends at 10 am for Saturday brunch and there was little to no wait. It was a pretty typical brunch place — nothing too special. The egg dishes were… egg dishes and the toast. was toast. If you want something more worth your money, I would get the rocket egg sandwich with basil pesto. It was the best out of all the dishes we ordered. Despite the underwhelming food, the restaurant is super cute! And they notify you about how many calories are in each dish on the menu as well as the receipt.(See picture). As yet another added bonus, all the ingredients they use are farm fresh. Probably won’t be back for brunch since it was a pretty typical brunch, but I will definitely be back for their super interesting lunch and dinner menu!(Also, as a side note, their lunch menu only starts at 11 am.)

I had lunch here with my husband on a Saturday afternoon and it was fantastic. He had the chicken and quinoa salad and I had the ½ prosciutto pizza(did I mention Iove prosciutto???). Everything was fresh and tasty. His salad was loaded with lots of great ingredients like figs, pears, and walnuts. The chicken was a beautiful piece of grilled breast, no «mystery parts» here. My pizza was also great with pears hiding under the cheese. I love the option of a ½ pizza because it was just the right size for me. I took the figs from my husband’s salad and added them to my pizza which really put it over the top for me. Next time, I’ll ask to have figs added when I order. Speaking of ordering, the guy at the cash register was super friendly and helped us since it was our first time there. He explained that if we came back within one week and showed our receipt we would get 10% off our next order. The receipt showed the nutritional content of our food which I really appreciate.

Great place for a quick, healthy meal! My coworkers and I came here for a meeting during lunch on a Monday afternoon. It was fairly busy but there was no line at the register. The guy that took our order was super nice, offering recommendations and joking around with us. I ordered the Sesame Tofu Plate, which is tofu crusted with sesame and ginger and served with a green onion vinaigrette. You get to pick two sides, so I went with the fruit salad and the greens & balsamic salad(but there were lots of non-salad options, like mac & cheese and sweet potato mash). We were given a buzzer that went off when our food was ready and we went and picked it up at the counter. It was delicious! Simple and healthy. We all loved our food. One of the things I really appreciate about this place is that fact that they list the calorie counts next to each item, so you know what you’re getting into. It’s similar to LYFE Kitchen that way(and in other ways, too – healthy, fast, fresh food that you order at the counter). The pizzas looked AMAZING(my coworker got one and loved it) as did the salads and sandwiches. Drinks are self-serve, and they seemed to have«natural» sodas in the fountain instead of your more traditional Coke or Pepsi products. This place is near my office, and I can definitely see myself coming here for lunch often!

Modmarket has fast become my favorite place to grab a bite on weekends. Their menu is somewhat seasonal, and many of their offerings reflect what is freshest at the given moment. In addition, their farm-to-fork approach to food is super appealing to a health-conscious person like me. My favorite things to eat there are the Prosciutto and Egg platter, the Spinach and Bacon scramble, and the Farmer Salad. All their food is absolutely delicious and good for you. In addition, they have a healthy offering of beverages including organic coffee and tea, and Boylan’s Sugar Cane sodas. If you are looking for a healthy, inexpensive place to eat, you would do right to stop in here, for sure! The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you have food allergies, they will always work with you. Big bonus!

Fresh, hot, and delicious– the way a breakfast is supposed to be. This is a fast-casual restaurant; just like Panera, you order at the counter and get a buzzer for when your food is ready, and you pick up at the counter. I really like that the receipt prints out the nutritional info for your meal(although at that point it’s too late to make changes!). I ordered the sausage and egg sandwich and added chipotle aioli. I also ordered a side of potatoes. The sandwich was really good– eggs cooked just the way I like them, over medium. The sausage was okay but I would have preferred it chopped up a bit more as it the sausage casing was a bit tough and hard to bite through. Aioli was spicier than expected, a good thing! The bread was fresh, soft, and toasty warm and slightly crispy. Excellent sandwich! My potatoes felt over and under seasoned at the same time. The green onions gave it a strong flavor and but it really needed some salt! All the employees I interacted with were friendly and seemed to genuinely care about me having a great experience. For under $ 10(including coffee) I was really happy with what I received! I’ll definitely be back!

Had to go to Trader Joe’s and saw this gem across the way and trotted on over. Ordering was a snap and the gent behind the register was exceptionally helpful. Loved the food. Great prices and tasty flavors. All done at a nutritional level that is good to your palate and good for your body. They have Boylan’s soda at the Fountain!!! Usually, you can only find it in bottled formats. I shouldn’t get so excited over soda, but this is a treat. If that wasn’t enough, kids eat FREE on Sunday and Mondays after 5PM. This is a big help for parents like us and the pizza my daughter had easily rivaled the best in the business. Plus, you can use your receipt for a 10% off your next visit within a week. They are not very picky about the date and will let expired dates slide.

It was almost 4pm, and I still hadn’t had anything to eat that day, so instead of driving another 15−20mins to find a place to eat, I decided to pull up Unilocal and see what I have bookmarked that’s nearby, Modmarket was the closest one from where I was at. So Modmarket, here I come! I was surprised to pull into the parking lot and see the new Trader’s Joe market right across from this place. Could I say love at first sight with the area? Walking inside, I told the cute guy behind the counter that it’s my first time here. He was so enthusiastic telling me different options, narrowing them down, as well as explaining the menu/ingredients. I started noticing that the whole staff were all guys, cute guys to be exact. They all seem slender and fit, must be because of the food. Great way to advertise and attract customers you guys! ;) I ordered myself the flank steak with a side of goji wheat and rainbow carrots. The food was very lean and flavorful, not a single sign of greasiness. I didn’t like the rainbow carrots very much however. It was a lil too sweet for my liking. All of their drinks are very special, I highly doubt you can find them anywhere else, especially the sodas, even tho I almost never drink sodas, but it was good to know they use real sugar and not fructose corn syrup. I did have the hibiscus tea however. Love the fact that it’s not sweeten so I could make it just lightly sweet to my liking. They have a nice patio seating. It’s great to just sit outside, enjoy the nice weather and people watch while munching on your food. I will definitely come back here again when I’m in the mood for something healthy or just simply to check out other items as well as the… guys :D

Fresh, healthy, and affordable casual restaurants are all the rage these days and Modmarket lives up to the hype. This fast casual chain offers pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and even breakfasts! The first time I came here was by mistake, but I had already ordered my BLT+A sandwich before I realized I wasn’t at the right place. Well, lucky me, because that sandwich was delicious and I was eager to come back. A few days later, my boyfriend and I stopped by for some pizza and salads. I had the Pepe pizza and Roman salad. My boyfriend had the Sausage pizza with a side salad. Although my pizza was a bit charred on the bottom, the thin, chewy crust was very good for such a casual restaurant. My salad was also very good, but for a half salad it was rather expensive. My boyfriend enjoyed his sausage pizza, but he didn’t care for the salad that was a little heavy on the dressing. The following week we came back for breakfast. I had the waffle with apple and pear compote and my boyfriend had the plain waffle. We both really enjoyed our food and knowing that the ingredients are wholesome and natural. Overall, we’re happy to have found a healthy, casual, affordable restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Modmarket is even so thoughtful to the health conscious that they put the nutrition information for your meal on your receipt! I wish every restaurant did that. I’m gonna have to go ahead and give Modmarket 5 stars!

Whoever said eating healthy is boring probably has yet to check out Modmarket. Their menu is just loaded with tons of interesting options from refreshing salads to heart sandwiches to low-calorie warm homestyle entrees and sides. I have been here a couple times, and have always been impressed, but the Thai Chicken Salad that I had last week was exceptionally unique. The dressing was sweet and tangy and the peanuty/coconuty taste really kicked it up another level. Topped with colorful shredded carrots, green lettuce and fresh basked juicy, seasoned chicken, it was a great choice. Haven’t been here for breakfast, but their farm-to-table, in-season, affordable menu seems up my alley for pretty much anytime of the day.

Came here for the first time yesterday and my oh my was I impressed! Big, bright, and somewhat industrial, this place is easy on the eyes. It is a fast casual restaurant that is farm fresh, reasonably priced, has healthy options, and tastes delicious. Win, win, and more wins! This place is just what we needed in the neighborhood, and I’m certain it will become one of my staples. Everything on the menu has nutritional information and calories listed. The best part is you can mix and match. I did a half sandwich and a side and my sister did a half sandwich and a half salad. I ordered the arugula mozzarella sandwich on multigrain and it was yummy. The basil aoli was a nice touch and the mozzarella was melted perfectly. The real gem however were the roasted red potatoes — so yummy! They were only $ 2 and were a perfect mixture of creamy, salty, potatoey goodness! They have local sodas and lemonade in their soda dispenser and offer wine and beer on tap! Great place for lunch or dinner and I can’t wait to try many other meals here:)

Delicious food? Check Farm fresh? Check Reasonably priced? Check 3 winning factors for me already! When you step into the hip, industrial space at Modmarket, you’re always greeted by the friendly staff. They are always so cheerful here. And quite happy to share how proud they are of the quality ingredients they serve. My two favorite things here are the pizzas and the flank steak. Oh and in terms of sides, the balsamic-drizzled rainbow carrots and sweet potato mash are stellar! If you are gluten/dairy sensitive or just eating paleo, this is great place to dine. They make it so easy to know what’s in your food. Plus, they print the nutritional content of your order right on the receipt. Modmarket has to be my new favorite fast-casual restaurant in Dallas. This place, plus all the cool new places at Walnut Hill/75 are a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. There’s so much to love about Modmarket so if you haven’t tried it out, do it now!

This is the perfect place if you want a healthy and an appropriate-sized meal. They have a few options on the menu and it was pretty straightforward. We ordered the homestyle plates which included one protein and two sides in each plate. For my plate, I had the sesame tofu with arugula salad and Goji wheat. In comparison to other restaurants, the entrees were a little pricy since the portions were smaller. But that’s why I enjoyed this place. Sometimes it is hard going out to restaurants that offer big portions where I feel guilty for not finishing the entire meal. I was not in the mood for a salad so the homestyle plate was a great alternative to a healthy meal. Sure, I can make a similar meal at home but I didn’t feel like cooking and the meal satisfied my hunger. Anyways, the sesame tofu was simple and tasted great with the sauce that came with it. Both the salad and wheat were good as well. If you need actual meat, the steak is a great option(got to sample off my boyfriend’s plate). They serve a glass of wine for $ 2 or beer for $ 3.50. That is cheap for dining out. Decors were nicely done and the staff was also nice. Overall, I had a good experience here and look forward to coming back.

This place never fails. Every time I come its delicious and quick even if busy. I usually go with the half pizza(prosciutto and pear is the best!) and half Cesar but today I tried a new salad– the Wintergreen. I’m not a big fan of spinach so I subbed mixed greens(no extra charge, yay!) and added chicken. It comes with goat cheese, fried dates, fingerling potatoes and a little slice of green apple with the house dressing… YALL it was amazing! I only got the half sized portion and was full. My mother got the pesto chicken sandwich which of course I tried and it was really good! A little too oniony for me but she likes onions ;)
