My family goes here all the time. I’m not going there anymore after getting an order like this because I feel like there is a comprehension barrier that isn’t fixable. I ordered a chicken Big Mac which isn’t a regular menu item but not unheard of. I was given a receipt that said no meat. And then at the bottom I was charged for 1 chicken patty. I was given a Big Mac with no meat or cheese on the inside and the chicken patty was served separately and only given one. It’s a simple order. A chicken Big Mac. My mom said they mess up regularly on drinks. God forbid someone order a Mcgangbang or a Mclandsea&air burger. But really a chicken Big Mac isn’t that hard and I don’t like being charged full price and then some instead of substituting and paying extra. Maybe I’m just a lazy, fat American. And if I am, then make my fucking Chicken Big Mac.

Love this location. Fast and efficient.

Visited this location. Went through the drive thru. When I got home realized some of my order was missing and my bagel had mold on it. I tried calling several times no answer. I went back up there to tell them and the manger didn’t seem to care. She wanted me to come back the next morning and she would buy me breakfast. I said no I just want my money back. That was the last time I will visit this location!

Wife use’s this location or should I say DID. Orders have become more and more wrong. The drive thru menu has stopped working more then works. And buy now you think they get it fixed. And don’t get her started on the VERY ugly yellow paint job on the roof
