This is the worst McDonalds in the entire city of Dallas!!! First of all they are slow!!! I mean Slow!!! Second It says they are en 24 hrs… But that is misleading. I’m always driving thru Dallas around 3 – 4 am on my way to work. It never fails… I just want a cup of coffee!!! I’m being told that between 3 – 4 am their systems are down and they can’t serve any food!!! Nothing!!! McDonalds better watch out. This is false advertising. They are opening themselves for a huge lawsuit. Don’t go here!!! Not worth breaking your nerves…

This location has set my beliefs that not only should minimum wage not be increased but reduced or removed. The young lady working the register this morning could not have given moorer service or had less care about the patrons of the establishment or the fact that she was being paid for her services. She had a cut on her nose and scabs on her face like her weekend keg stands had gone all wrong. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with a small coffee and also a small orange juice. She says swipe my card and I mention that I wanted 2 creams and 2 sugars in my coffee. She says… «you didnt order a coffee». We proceed to put the order back in and the manager has to help her. She is still completely uninterested in any of this. The manager now brings me my coffee and I notice no cream or suger and repeat my order. I am not told that I never requested this. Finally the order shows up and there is no hashbrown and the young lady informs me I never said«meal». I have been using McDonalds since I was about 4 years old and am pretty clear on how to order. To think roughly 10 percent of people dont have a job is profound! This is a testament to people not wanting to work. Its very sad to think this is the best this young lady has to offer. I’d also like to mention that a stencil of an arrow to direct traffic is the cost of a can of spray paint and an old cardboard box to cut out. This location has the worst traffic issues I have seen at a location and its a constant complaint that I wont be making in the future… this was my last visit to this location and frankly I can get a better meal at Einsteins Bagels for the same price.

When you decide to go to mcdonalds, you must instinctually taper your expectations for your aggregate food consumption experience. I’ve been to this McDonald’s twice, and both times were horrible. Yes, the food was bad, but it was McDonald’s bad. It was the service that absolutely blew me away, and I don’t mean in a good way. My most recent experience(tonight) is worth noting– the order was simple: a chicken nugget happy meal with sweet tea and fries, sweet and sour sauce(BECAUSETHESAUCEMATTERSWHENYOURCHICKENTASTESLIKESTALECORNBREAD), and two things off the dollar menu. No modifications. The attendant asks for my order, I give it to him. A moment goes by before he responds, at which point he asks me to repeat my order. Clearly he was not ready the first time. I give it to him again, no problem. The issue with the sauce for the nuggets has been a recurring problem, so I always repeat the fact that I want sauce(reference the above comment concerning stale cornbread). I mention sweet and sour sauce no less than three times, but the guy seems confused about the side for the happy meal, so I reiterate the fact that I want fries– only fries– as a side. The wait is super long, but I can’t blame the folks at McDonald’s for that, it was pretty busy and they seemed understaffed. I wade through the drive thru line and eventually receive my order(everything was lukewarm at best), check to make sure I have fries(check!), and sure enough when I get home I find that I have no sweet and sour sauce. Not even a little sweet and sour sauce. Not even the distant memory of sweet and sour sauce. They could have drawn me a picture of a s&ss container and I would have been more intrinsically satisfied than I am right now. Tl;dr– do yourself a favor, drive to literally any other McDonald’s not connected to a crappy gas station.

While the service is fast and friendly, the food is quite the opposite. I come here to get their $ 1 large Fountain drinks. When I order JUST the drink, it’s fine. Whenever I order food, it’s questionable. I once watched a documentary on Netflix about Mcdonalds and how one of their #1 priorities when delivering food is consistency. Yea, consistently BURNT. I’ve never had a burnt baked apple pie until i came here. And I decided after numerous and countless visits of ordering these little things, that it’s mandatory for them to serve them burnt. They don’t have a large selection of drinks to choose from; maybe 6 different fountain choices. Not impressive when you are connected to a gas station and they have over 30 selections to choose from with their soda machine. But then again they are only $ 1.

Fast food and gas stations are both getting somewhat hard to come by in the middle of Dallas/uptown area. So, this Mcdonalds/Chevron is always packed. It is Mcdonalds, nothing fancy but very convenient location.

Clayton are you serious? Maybe it’s a fluke… I’ve been to this location about 300 times and I have never seen a faster drive thru(besides the dry clean super center drive thru of course). I have seen them move upwards of 20 cars in a matter of minutes… Food is pretty good here too, but like others have said u do need to check ur food bc they often leave stuff out. It’s to be expected since the place is run by a bunch of high school kids, but overall it’s decent!

Completely serviceable. Tucked in to the gas station at Fitzhugh and US75, the Micky-D’s frequently has a bit of a line in the drive through(double lane); however the line moves quickly. The quality is what you might expect, keeping Ray Croc’s original idea in mind — great burger experiences with the same quality and multiple locations. Check. For a lower-fat offering that may be even somewhat healthy, I go for the grilled chicken Caesar salad, only with the Newman’s fat-free vinaigrette on it instead of the Caesar dressing.

This McDonald’s is the slowest one I ever go to. Doesn’t matter if its 7am or 11pm, you can expect to wait. Right now its 12:30am on Monday morning and I’ve been in line behind 2 cars for 10 minutes. I. Actually writing this review as I’m waiting. I think they went fishing for my fish sandwich.

I’m a fast food junkie. Always on the go and needing a quick meal either on the way to or from work. I have been to this location about 10 times in the past three months. I always order a Southern Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich meal during the day time, and a Fruit & Maple oatmeal with Iced coffee in the mornings. The oatmeal at this location always has extra hot water sitting on the top which makes the oatmeal, well, more like oats in water. The chicken sandwich is always extra greasy and it usually take 2 napkins to soak up the grease. In comparison to other locations, this location, based on just two of my favorite items, fails to compare to other McDonald’s locations around the metroplex.

Quick and easy Mickey D’s. The drive thru person always speaks good English so that’s a plus. DO make sure to check your food if you are picky. I don’t eat cheese so I have had to pull back around a couple of times.
