This place is amazing. They have been there for me since day 1 when i got fitted for my prosthetic. Everyone there is really nice, customer service is great and have said if something doesn’t feel right come in and they would adjust/​fix it and they have kept that promise. They follow up whenever you get a new socket to see how it feels and like above if it does’t feel right come in. I would definitely recommend M-​Power to others.

Tina is correct. Horrible customer service and the follow up and fitting were even worse than the techs (Chad W.) customer service.
Even if you have to drive 30 minutes to find another company, do so.
Once I get my orthotics which cost over $ 1,400.00, I will go somewhere else in the future.

Couldn’t even get past one of the worst websites I’ve ever seen. If this company doesn’t care enough to have an accessible website where a potential customer has a chance to get a feel for the company and the products and services they provide, I’m not even going to make an appointment. You’d think something «high tech» like a prosthetic limb would be accompanied by a website that was at least built in the last 10 years. Unacceptable. So unprofessional. You lost a customer before you had me.

Poor customer service. I will not even waste my time giving details other than Horrible follow up and not detail oriented. If you have normal expectations of the type of service you would expect from a medical facility, don’t choose this business.
I’ve waited months to post this review contemplating if it’s even worth my time but I give ample 5 star ratings where they are deserved and few one star ratings but they too are equally deserved.
