Cathy is fabulous! I don’t get my nails done very often, but felt very comfortable with Cathy. As a testiment to her good work, abother customer walked in while I was getting my nails done and willingly waited for Cathy to fit her in! Can’t wait to go back!

This place is so gross! Yessica does good work but I don’t think it’s very sanitary ATALL. I would never ever set foot in this place again.

Yessica was very nice and my nails looked nice when I left the shop. I went in and got a full set with a pedicure. Three days later three of my nails popped off due to lifting near the cuticle. The length of my nails were not long at all. A couple of days later more of my nails were lifting. I found this very odd as I just had gotten a new set less than three days ago. I reached out to Yessica to share my disappointment and got no response. As a customer, I feel it is important to be empathetic and show great customer service. Especially when you pay $ 50 of your hard earned money and entrust someone to do a great job. I expected my nails to last more than one week but that’s what I got. I will probably not recommend anyone or return to this salon. I wish it would’ve been handled correctly when I reached out to Yessica. An apology would’ve sufficed. I’ve been to Cathy several times and loved her work and professionalism and believe the issue could’ve been resolved had I waited on her.

I absolutely love coming here. I have been going to Cathy for over 3 years now. She’s super sweet and very attentive. When she isn’t available her sister Jessica is great as well. They engage in full conversations and both sisters are amazing with their nail art design skills. I’ve definitely recommended them every time I get complements on my nails which is often thanks to their talents.

I’ve been to LP Nails several times before, it was alright. Recently they have improved so much! Cost is great for what they served me. Crystal is great for pedi, Jessica amazing for designs, and Donna for full set and also pedi! The message there is to die for! Definitely coming back!

I have gone to LP nails for the past 2 years and the last couple of times have not been very satisfying for me. because the lady that normally does my nails have not been there i have to go with the guy(he is not easy to deal with) and he does a horrible job on fills and new set, he prefers to pull off the old acrylic than to file it off(pull off is painful alot quicker but painful) i prefer to take my time than to have my fingers hurt for a whole week after, so that pissed him off. well after the second time i decided to go somewhere else, that is a little cheaper but way better service and i am satisfied. it was a good place to go and was loyal for the 2 years but since he has been there not so good.

I went in on a Saturday morning in Oct 2012 and the place was already kind of crowded. This was my second time being there and i wanted the girl who painted my nails the first time. They lasted forever! But she was already taken so I had to get a man to do it. When he was done and my nails started to dry I had this weird off colored haze at the tip of my nails. all of them. even my toes… its difficult to describe. So I asked him what it was– I figured it was that«thinner» that they put inside of the polish sometimes and that it was just«pooling» at the tips of my fingers. So he tried to fix it but I tried to tell him that I didn’t want him to just paint over it because the paint would be so thick that it would take forever to dry and it might dent if it doesn’t dry all the way.(normally I go when I have plenty of time to wait and let them dry because what’s the point of going to get them all pretty if you’re just to leave and smudge them?) But this time I didn’t have time to wait. His English wasn’t that great(surprise, surprise) so I gestured to one of the younger girls to come over who spoke excellent English. She saw what was happening and assured me it wasn’t their polish and that she would try to fix it for me. I told her that I was unsatisfied and that I wasn’t going to pay full price. She told the manager in her native language and then she translated back to me that the manager said that if I wanted to not pay full price I would have to have them take everything off. I wasn’t going to leave with nothing on my nails after sitting there all that time while he painted, waiting on them to dry and then 15 minutes into drying time it starts looking all weird. and like I said I had somewhere to go(a flight to catch) and I didn’t have time to go somewhere else! I basically went back and forth with them for another 15 minutes and eventually I got what I wanted which was to pay half price for a half *** job. Well it wasn’t exactly half I still had to pay $ 2 extra. But I was willing to let that go just to get the heck out of there. the girl that tried to help me was being as nice as she could be considering the situation but it was just all around uncomfortable. I won’t be back. BUT the polish did last for a loooong time. Maybe because she basically gave me 2 extra coats to polish over the other stuff(which we determined his top coat had an issue since when she coated over it again it didn’t do that) it lasted for so long. Regardless, I won’t be back.
