We just renovated a media room and couldn’t decide between theater type seating or couch type seating. The «sactional» was perfect for us. Everyone at the store was very helpful. They helped me pick size, colors and pillows as well as re-​cover some existing lovesacs that we had with coordinating material. They expedited our order, as we had family coming in from out of town. They even sent people to the house to put everything together. Great service. Great product. Machine washable everything!

I am dying for a Sactional — i think it is an ingenious, high-​quality, COMFORTABLE product. It is also incredibly versatile. I also really love the vibe you get when you walk into the store here at the Galleria. The employees are knowledgeable and professional, but also fun and not too pushy. Aubrey and Adam are amazing!!! They really help you to understand the products better and make it designed for your individual style.

Okay so first off, LOVE this place! If you’ve never sat in a Lovesac before, you need to do it at least once before you die. They’re amazing! It’s like sitting on a cloud.
Second off, Micah is awesome. He was just fantastic. He was very low-​pressure, but very informative. He told us about all the sales and promotions, so we were able to get the best value. And when we came in to buy it, he brought it right to the car.
We couldn’t be happier with the service or product! They’re both just perfect!

I just have to say «Kudos» to the young lady working in the Lovesac store a couple of days ago.
She was not overly pushy with the products (while still being informative), and was fun to talk to while we perused the goods.
I realize that Lovesac’s items are quality products (heck she allowed me to jump on it)… but I wish it was a bit cheaper in cost (about 1,200 for enough sections to build a couch is a pricy couch).
But (despite the cost), I think this is going to be our next big purchase when we get this last round of bills out of the way (Christmas was a bit costly this year).
Hopefully, the same salesperson is there when we buy it (even though she claimed that they don’t work on commission).
