I was pleased at first with Lonestar repair but after the 3 rd time with a different problem on another appliance I will not be using them again .I wish I had read some of the other reviews before I used them because of would of not done so. I too have not heard a respond back from Lone star after the last visit and would highly recommend anyone from using them in the future. Once they do their work you seem t never hear back from them again. What a shame. Angie’s list and all other sponsors should double check their endorsements
