Lashin Out Eyelash Extensions

WORST customer service ever! I bought a GroupOn for a full set of lashes back in January and after a couples months of trying to get a hold of the business, I was told to schedule my appointment on
. So I did, over a month in advance. I showed up for my scheduled appointment time last night and no one was there… door was locked, lights were out. I called and talked to the owner who did not even offer an apology. She just said no one could be there to do my lashes and that I could reschedule. She was SO rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. She kept saying that she didn’t see any appointments for that time and that she couldn’t pull up Schedulicity, but I received my appointment confirmation the day before… I KNOW I HAD AN APPOINTMENT!
I had to contact GroupOn, who fortunately gave me a refund. I was so disappointed with this deal… I was wanting to get my lashes done for my bridal shower this weekend and a wedding I am in next weekend. SO annoying! NEVER USE THEM! I don’t even know how they are still in business with that kind of attitude towards paying customers.

Never got a chance to experience the service because they never returned any of my calls to schedule an appointment. I just got off the phone with Groupon to try to get a refund and apparently I’m not the only one who has complained about their service. I think it’s lazy and patheic for businesses to try to get their name out there but can’t fulfill the service.

I bought a Groupon over a month ago and I had been trying to set an appointment up since. I called and left messages and emailed. Finally, after reaching out to Groupon they gave me the website I could schedule an appointment on. I showed up to my appointment on time and no one was in the suite. I knocked and knocked and peeked in through the mail slot and it was dark inside. I called and left messages, hoping maybe the phone number was a cell number that would reach Season. I waited for almost 30 minutes and finally left. Still no one has called me back to apologize or say they were running late.
Today was my last chance to get this done before a trip I’m going to take and I really wanted lashes for the trip. I will be getting a refund on this Groupon and I recommend no one going here if you actually want lashes!!!

I purchased an eyelash extension + fill through Groupon.
After not returning my initial call for an appointment, I found that I could make an appointment online. I did this, received my confirmation email, and was excited for my appointment. When I showed for my appointment, the door was locked and lights were off. I waited 10 minutes and called the technician – who did not answer – and I left her a voicemail. After waiting an additional 10 minutes, I called her again, and to my amazement, her voicemail box was full and I could not leave an additional message. Stupidly, I waited an ADDITIONAL 10 minutes (now 30 minutes), called her again, and she still did not answer my call. I left after over 30 minutes, very frustrated and disappointed. I contacted Groupon, who told me that they would contact her for me and she would be in touch with me within 3 business days. Still, she DID NOT call me and I finally ended up getting my money back from Groupon. Overall, I was very disappointed with this experience.

I purchased the Groupon deal for Lashin Out back in January. About a month and a half after purchasing, I tried to get in touch with the company to schedule my appointment. I sent several emails and called but the voicemail box was full so I couldn’t leave a voicemail. After several weeks has passed, I still hadn’t heard back so I contacted Groupon. Groupon told me that Lashin Out would contact me within 3 business days. I waited about 5 business days and never heard from them. So Groupon gave me a refund.
I just don’t know how a business doesn’t at least call or email you back even if they don’t have any immediate appointments available. I would not suggest purchasing a deal for this business if you are considering it.

I’m sure they do a great job at eyelash extensions if you can either get someone to answer the phone, or if the technician shows up for the appointment.
I purchased the groupon for $ 99 for a full set and fill. It took three weeks of calling every day after the purchase date to finally get someone on the phone. Whoever answered acted like I was an inconvenience and was extremely rude. Due to «unavailability» I wasn’t able to make the appointment until two weeks later. I then show up for my appointment, having followed all of the pre-​care instructions, and no one was even there! I called their number numerous times, and again, nothing.
Don’t waste your time, or money.

I have wanted extensions for quite a while, so I jumped on the Living Social deal for a discount on a full set. I was a little worried that there weren’t more Unilocal ratings, but the one on here was good so I took a chance.
Season (the owner) did a GREAT job on my lashes, and I have received tons of compliments on them. I didn’t have any issues with them falling out prematurely or anything.
I went to a different salon for fills because it was closer to me, and even the person applying my fills commented on the great job that had been done on the initial full set application.
I did not give 5 stars because the location is not as nice and spa-​like as some lash salons. There are no frills, but you will walk out with beautiful, full lashes!

After driving 20 miles to get there and waiting for the owner for about 20 minutes, Season the Lashin Out owner lets me know she had canceled my appointment at 8 am that morning via TEXT message. (how professional is that? really?)
I called her while I was waiting as it was getting closer to 4 pm my scheduled appointment time. She returns my call a few min. later and said sorry I missed a call. I tell her this is your 4 pm appointment and I’m waiting on you and that when she goes off telling me she had canceled due to a family emergency but I never received a message from her in any way shape or size. She kept changing her story on the form she canceled. Firs she said she called and then she said it was a text message. I had this scheduled for a month since my wedding was in two days from the apt. I’m a very understanding person and would of been ok if she would of called me in the morning or even a few minutes before I headed out and left my family from out of town while I went to see her. This was a waste of my time, money (becuase I had already prepaid for the service), and effort. Since my wedding was two days away I didn’t get to wear my fake eyelashes I had my heart set on.
Season the owner was VERY unprofessional about the situation.
I DO NOT recommend this to anyone unless you want your appointment canceled at the last minute via so called TEXT message.

I got lash extensions for my first time a couple weeks ago after discovering lashin out on
. At first I wasn’t use to my new look since I’ve never had long lashes or wore fake ones. With the amount of compliments I’ve received from strangers and my own boyfriend I’m not sure if I’d be satisfied with just using mascara again! Season is both the technician and owner which mean she really cares about her clients and does an excellent job.
