A friend referred me to Lakeside Chiropractic and I am so glad she did. I had been having numbness and pain in my arms and hands, as well as neck and shoulder pain. As soon as Dr. Howell gave me an adjustment, the feeling came back into my arms and hands. And after a few more visits the pain was gone too. Dr. Howell is pleasant and friendly and I always enjoy visiting his office because I know I will feel better when I leave. I would recommend Lakeside Chiropractic to anyone who is in pain.

But after a particularly bad back strain, trying to lift a giant palm tree (I know, right?), I finally had to seek care. I chose Dr. Howell and it turned out to be a great decision.
Dr. Howell has treated me for years now and helped keep away the worst of my aches and pains with his mild interventions. No dangerous or expensive surgeries, no pain pills, not even much discomfort during the adjustment. The price is reasonable and I always leave feeling better.
After my most recent visit, I also slept better than I had in many nights. I wasn’t constantly shifting trying to get comfortable, so my body could finally relax.
