Went to pick up a cake I ordered. While I was grateful to get the cake from the bakery directly it was a bit weird when I arrived. Someone let us in and then disappeared without really saying where they were going and we waited quite a while. In fact, we had to go back into the back area to make sure someone knew we were there to pick up a cake.
That being said, they’re cakes are amazing! I was given excellent instructions on how to get the cake home safely and how best to keep it and serve it. Unfortunately, I was overexcited to use my new cake dome and the sealed cake didn’t set properly. Regardless, I’m sure we’ll be coming to La Duni for cakes again!
