The store is nice and clean and the employees there are all very nice except one lady I had the very unpleasant experience of dealing with I think she is a manager or something. Some thin Caucasian lady that stood at a register working on receipts. Instead of politely telling me that she was not open, she threw her hand up and pointed at another register as I approached her register to check out. Her people skills were horrible! She even had a nasty attitude after asking her a question about the location of the men’s jackets shortly after entering the store.

I’m hooked lol I go here at least once a week. I just wish there was more of a selection on mens shoes and more of the sizes available. I see small and medium all the time and get very discouraged.

This is my favorite store. I love the sales, kohl’s cash and quality of the items. I have gone in, found several pairs of jeans on sale and walked out paying only $ 2.28 for 3 pair. How awesome is that!

Its one of the bigger stores I’ve ever been to. They have a nice collection of towels and bed sheets here. One thing that bothers me is that some of the people that work here need help… with everything. I had to wait a long time because a notification of some sort for a customer would not appear. I guess stuff like that can happen to people like us.

I love kohls, like go ape shoe for kohls, and this one does not disappoint. It is two floors which is pretty cool and more to explore. The prices are excellent especially when you have coupons and kohls cash. That’s probably my favorite part is rounding up my 20% coupon with my $ 20 kohls cash and walking out with $ 150 worth of stuff for $ 100. My only complaint about this one is the layout and that’s probably just me being used to my neighborhood kohls.

Went here to find some workout clothes. They always have lots of deals/sales but NEVER seen to have all sizes in stock. It’s really hit or miss and I had to use the kiosk to order clothes I found to have them shipped to me. At least they have the kiosk with that capability, but it would have been nicer to get the items that day. I won’t know how they look on me until they arrive because I couldn’t try them on. Plus, I’m never sure if I’m getting the same deal as I would if purchased in-store.

I went here to buy a ring & possibly a toe ring… I hate the toe rings that you have to adjust the size. I prefer one that is solid all the way around without a gap… So I got a size 3 ring which is for a small child or baby… But it worked perfect on my toe! Love it! Can barely tell its on and no pinching! I love their entire jewelry selection.

This place is hit or miss for me. Some days Ill go in and find items and other days I come out empty handed. Im sure my wallet is thankful some of the time! The dressing rooms tend to be a bit messy. People throw clothes everywhere and dont hang items on the«i dont want this» rack. The main floor is laid out so that things are decently easy to find. Folded items tend to be tossed around a bit and thrown into piles so searching for a size can be a pain. There’s plenty of parking out front. If there late, the parking lot is very well lit and normally pretty busy with traffic from the grocery store and shops around.

This is the worst Kohl’s in the area, and I usually love all Kohl’s. It’s messy, the selection is poor compared to other stores, things are often out of stock(like makeup), things are dusty, and the salespeople aren’t friendly or helpful, at least during my experiences. If you live by this Kohl’s, the extra trip to another nearby Kohl’s is worth it.

I really enjoy this Kohl’s! It’s two stories, and has absolutely anything and everything you can think of. I enjoy their home living section as well as the great shoe selection. Every time I go to this Kohl’s I am happily greeted when I enter and am asked if I need any direction which is nice because sometimes I do! You can also connect to the WiFi here to receive instant deals, a 15 percent off always helps things!

I have been to this location a handful of times and every time I’ve gotten frustrated with how disorganized it is. Clothes are all mixed up and it takes forever to sort through everything. There is usually someone nice at the door greeting and saying thank you, cashiers have always been polite, but I get annoyed with the actual shopping experience in between. I think I’ve seen a salesperson on the floor once and they seemed to avoid customers at all costs. I don’t like chasing people down, personally. I plan on finding a new Kohls to frequent in the future, even if I have to go out of my way.

Had a really nice experience. Looking for some home décor. Kerry at the customer service was such a sweet man and extremely helpful. My boyfriend loves the pictures we got.

To be honest, 2 girls on the sales floor were snippy and rude to me. I didn’t let them ruin my mission, though. I was looking for some glittery Rock and Republic and I scored a glamorous faux fur JLo coat for 30 bucks. I win!!! The girl at the register, Danielle, was extremely friendly and nice and a little spunky. Kohls should clone her and hire all the Danielles. Ill be back :)

You would think that a department store would understand customer service. Unfortunately that is mot the case with Kohl’s. I think their fundamental problem is that they do not train their people adequately. Here are two examples:(1) Item listed at 10% off run up at 5% — took 10 minutes to fix it, but she and her fellow teller could not get it right they gave me 12% — OK2% for my 10 minutes.(2) Came into return an item. I did not see and sign indicating where the return desk was so I stood in the checkout line — 8 people in front of me and when I got up to the register the teller told me that the returns were on the other side of the store. She saw me standing there with my Kohl’s’ bag and receipt in hand — what did she think I was doing. Plus their website is not user friendly — but that is another story. But it is strange how both in the store and on the website, they don’t make it a pleasant experience.

This place is a STEAL if you come during a sale(naturally, the only time I stop by.) I keep coming back for the Simply Vera by Vera Wang accessories — purses, shoes, and jewelry that look expensive but can be your thrifty secret.
