Kirk Air Conditioning

Rude Rude Rude! The woman who was fielding the incoming calls is not at all friendly. She sure seems to be totally put out that she has to be taking calls for service. They looked at my unit one day, determined that it had a bad valve and would have to return the next day with the part. I said ok, but would like a 30 minute call in advance so I could come home from work instead of taking off half a day waiting for them to show up. The next day, I got a call and the woman said the tech is ready. I said ok, I’ll be there in 30 minutes. This is when the attitude began. She was completely put out that they were going to have to wait, so I told her, we agreed the previous day that i would be called but it didn’t change anything. Either way, shitty service, if you need ac work, I would totally recommend anyone other than Kirk Air Conditioning…
Update… He replaced the valve, problem still is not fixed and they left the new part installed. So they apparently just replace parts and charge you even if it doesn’t fix the problem…
