I’m so livid with these people. I made my appointment a week in advance for 9:00 am on today. I arrive at 9:00 only for the owner/my stylist not to be here. As I wait, I notice two other stylists getting starting with their clients. They don’t seem surprised at all with how late the owner is. As I look at my phone I realize that it is now 9:25. I am still waiting. One of the stylist begins to ask me what I’m here for and what color hair I prefer, only to discover that the color hair I want(black) has run out. As I shake my head in disgust, she begins gathering scraps of black hair. Looking down at my phone, it is now 9:40 and the owner along with 2 friends are walking in. The owner, my stylist, does not apologize for being late yet approaches me and asks me AGAIN, what service I wanted. As she’s getting started I ask her whether I’ll be compensated for my time being lost. She begins to rant about how she doesn’t discount this type of unprofessionalism. «Anything could have happen!» I mentioned to her that a phone call would have been nice and that I did not appreciate her disregard to my time being lost. She proceeds to raise her voice saying that I will be paying the full price because she doesn’t give discounts. I instantly thanked her for nothing and left. I’ve never been treated so horribly, even after such patience. My advice to you would be to find someone who values your time and hard earned money to fix you up!
