Jumpits

Took the boys after lunch on a Saturday and the staff would not let us enter due to scheduled private parties. The parking lot was next to empty suggesting hardly anyone there playing. The staff informed us to come back at 4:30 for «open jump.» We pack the boys back up and come back at 4:30 as they were highly upset the couldn’t jump earlier in the day. When we return we were charged $ 18 for a 18 month old, 8, and 9 yr old. We went in to a room with three very large inflatables that the 18 month would get trampled on. My older boys informed me there were smaller ones in the room next door. So I thought open jump meant just that open jump. Just as soon as they take their shoes off and start to play two employees came to inform us that we couldn’t jump in that room there it was another private party going on. This place is a joke to turn away customers and not provide them with the proper information about their private parties. I asked for my money back and left this establishment not to ever return to its poor policies and ignorant staff.

We found this to be a nice place for play dates. There are plenty of ‘fun areas” for the kids, even little ones. The play areas are divided between 2 rooms so you have to navigate between both rooms if you are trying to keep a close eye on a smaller child. I have always found the atmosphere to be positive and peaceful for the kids. i don’t see a lot of rough-​housing. The owner is especially cordial and professional. He makes everyone feel welcome in his establishment. Even though sometimes I only spent a few dollars here, they always say thank you and come back again!

Jumpits is a great place to take the kids on a hot summer day or a rainy day. I have had many play-​dates here and also been to parties. The kids have a great time.
One draw back to the place is that they do not allow outside food or drinks. Many people ignore this and still bring it in, but we just try to eat before we go. They do offer food and drinks for sale.
They have a video game area for older kids (you do have to pay for time to use it). My one year old does seem to gravitate toward that area because it isn’t separated from the jumping area.
It is a nice atmosphere for the family. I highly recommend it after you have eaten.
