I hope what I experienced tonight wasn’t the norm. The wait for our food was so long we asked for our money back before we received it. Two ladies had been waiting for two hours for their food. God help the cook! Chili’s was delicious a few miles down the road. UPDATE! The General Manager of this store immediately contacted me. He too saw the restaurant was understaffed that night and is/has made adjustments to fix the issues. I still hope that cook got some extra love, he earned it! I honor the customer service this company showed and believe that when the leadership sets the example everyone follows. :)

The manager spoke with me– he was very courteous and took time to get to the bottom of what the issue was. He checked other thins for dafter reasons as well :) I look forward to coming back with fresh attitude from me and the staff– will keep an open mind

Not happy with this place. We have never been here before. We walked in asking if we seat ourselves, never being told you order at the front. There is no menu posted on the wall to give the indication to do so. We sit about 10 minutes before we notice people ordering. So we go to the front and order, they only have on regular menu for the 10 people that were trying to order to share. The girl working the counter had no clue how to modify any of our order and had to keep asking others who were just standing around how to put in meat and cheese only. So then we sit down 45 minutes goes by. We see the people that were in front of us get their food. The people that were behind us get their food. Finally I go bak up front where 3 or 4 employees were just standing joking around with one of their friends that stopped in and asked about the food. They acted like they did no know what I was talking about at first then went to the back and said oh it is almost ready. Never having a manager come talk to me, no apology. We paid 60 dollars for 3 over cooked burgers and a chicken sandwich and horrible customer service. Do not even get me started on the incompetence from the Speed Zone side of it. But that is a different story.
